構造において、上記リヤピラー内にはそのインナ
パネルとパネル部材との接続位置から上方に延び
る第1のレインフオースメントがインナパネルに
接合して設けられているとともに、上記パネル部
材には上下方向に延びる第2のレインフオースメ
ントが接合されており、該第2のレインフオース
メントの下端は上記フロアパネルのサイドフレー
ム又はクロスメンバの接合部に接続されている一
方、上端はパネル部材のサスペンシヨンタワー部
から離間してその上方に延び、上記リヤピラーの
インナパネルにおける第1のレインフオースメン
トとの接合部に接合されていることを特徴とする
