（産業上の利用分野）
本考案はブラジヤー、ブラスリツプ、ボデイス
ーツ等に利用できる取り外し自在のバストカツプ

（従来の技術）
従来のバストカツプ用ボーンを用いたブラジヤ

体内に取り外し出来ないように挿入固定されてい

（考案が解決しようとする課題）
従来のブラジヤー等のバストカツプ用ボーンは
取り外し出来るようにはなつていなかつたので、
洗濯の際洗濯機で洗濯すると、ボーンの端部が生
地より突出して穴があく虞れがあるので、手洗い

縫着する前の生地の状態において設けなければな
らないが、ブラジヤーにはサイズ、形状等の多数
の種類があるため、これらのブラジヤーの丁度適
当な位置に穴が来るように、前もつてボーン挿入
帯生地に穴を設けておくことは、何種類もの穴を
設けたボーン挿入帯用生地を用意しておかなけれ
ばならず、コスト高となるだけではなく、流れ作
業の製造工程では、殆ど不可能な作業と考えられ
る。またワイヤーボーンの両端がワイヤー挿入帯
とバストカツプ上縁の縁布との接続部分で止まつ
ているため、該ボーンの両端が表面に盛り上がつ

穴を設け、前記バストカツプの円弧状の下側縁に
ボーン挿入用筒袋体を固定し、かつ該筒袋体の両
端が前記上縁部テープの裏面に位置するようにす
ると共に、該筒袋体の一端を該上縁部テープの裏
面において封止し、他端を該上縁部テープの裏面
の前記多数の穴列の下方部において開口したまま
とすると共に、前記上縁部テープの穴のうち該開
口近辺の穴からボーンを該筒袋体内に出し入れ可
能にし、かつ該ボーンの該筒袋体内における封入
時には、該ボーンの一端は前記筒袋体の封止部に
係止し、該ボーンの他端は、前記上縁部テープの
穴列の位置より上方の該テープの上縁縫着部に係
止するようにしたもので、これを課題解決のため

部の先端を筒袋体開口近辺の穴より突出させた
後、該先端部をつまんでボーンをボーン挿入用筒
袋体より引き出す。その後洗濯機により洗濯す

上縁部テープ２には、連続して等間隔に多数の穴
３が横向きに設けられており、前記バストカツプ
１の円弧状の下側縁にはボーン挿入用筒袋体４を
固定する。該筒袋体４の取り付けは、既に筒状に
形成されている筒袋体をバストカツプ１の円弧状
下縁に沿つて下着の本体生地に縫着により取付け
てもよく、テープ地を筒袋体に形成しながらバス
トカツプ１の円弧状下縁に沿つて取り付けてもよ
い。またこのボーン挿入用筒袋体４のバストカツ
プ１の中央寄りの一端５は、上縁テープ２の裏面
においてバストカツプ用ボーン６が穴３から抜け
出さないように封止され、該筒袋体４の他端は上
縁テープ２の裏面の前記多数の穴３の列の下方部
において開口７しており、該開口７近辺の穴３′
より該開口７を経てボーン６を筒袋体４内に出し
入れする。なお、バストカツプ用ボーン６は従来
公知の金属、プラスチツク等の材質のものであ

むと共に、該終端部６ｂを穴３′位置より上部の
該袋部８内に、第３図の如くセツトすることによ
り、ブラジヤー等を着用しても、このボーンの終
端部６ｂが穴３′から自然には抜け出さないよう

以上詳細に説明した如く本考案は、ボーン挿入
用筒袋体の一端を封止し、他端を開口したので、
該開口近辺の穴からボーンを出し入れすることが
できる。従つて洗濯等の場合には該筒袋体からボ
ーンを取り出すことにより、洗濯機でブラジヤー
等の下着を洗濯しても、ボーンにより生地が破れ
るような不具合は全くない。また本考案は、ボー
ン挿入用筒袋体の両端は上縁部テープの裏面にお
いて、一端は封止され、他端は開口したままであ
るので、ワイヤーボーンをボーン挿入用筒袋体内
に封入した下着の着用時には、ワイヤーボーンの
一端は上縁部テープの裏面において、更にボーン
挿入用筒袋体内の一端の封止部に係止し、他端も
上縁部テープの裏面における上縁縫着部に係止す
ることになるため、ボーンの両端がソフトな肌触
りとなり、使用心地のよいワイヤーボーンを装着
した下着を得ることができる。またワイヤーボー
ンを出し入れする穴は、上縁部テープに多数横向
きに穴列として設けてあるので、縫着時に穴の位
置には何ら注意を払わなくても、ワイヤーボーン
挿入用筒袋体の開口部の近辺には必ず穴があつ
