Problems to be Solved by the Invention By the way, in the conventional method as described above, a fiber sheet is sandwiched between the split mold and the parison, the split mold is closed, and pressurized fluid is forced into the parison. Since the parison is expansion-molded and the fiber sheet is closely attached to its surface, the fiber sheet does not stretch as well as the parison, and wrinkles and air pockets occur particularly at the corners.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention achieves its objectives by the following method. That is, it is a method for obtaining a hollow body in which a decorative member such as cloth is interposed between a split mold and a parison, and the decorative member is adhered to the surface of the hollow body by blow molding.
A decorative member such as cloth is held in a holding member having a shape corresponding to the shape of the cavity, and the holding member is placed on the parison side so that the decorative member faces the object, and then blow molding is performed. Then, the split mold is opened and separated. A method for producing a hollow body, which comprises separating the holding member after molding to obtain a hollow body to which a decorative member is attached. Next, we will explain its function again.

In FIG. 1, 1 is one of the split molds, and a cavity 2 is formed inside the mold. Reference numeral 3 denotes a holding member, and this holding member 3 is large enough to cover substantially the entire surface of one of the molds 1, and has the shape of the cavity 2. 4
is a decorative member such as cloth, and this decorative member 4 is closely held inside the holding member 3, that is, on the parison side to be described later. The holding member 3 can be made of paper, a laminate of paper and polyester, or other highly heat-resistant thermoplastic or thermosetting synthetic resin.
Furthermore, it is also possible to use metal materials such as aluminum and iron. This holding member 3 is formed in advance into the shape of the cavity 2.
The decorative member 4 is made by laminating a fiber sheet on the holding member 3 with an adhesive, or by flocking fibers onto the holding member 3. The adhesive force between the decorative member 4 and the holding member 3 is weak and the holding member 3 is merely held, and the holding member 3 can be easily and completely separated after being released from the mold. The fiber sheet constituting the holding member 3 is made of natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, wool, and silk, recycled fibers such as viscose rayon, copper ammonia rayon, and synthetic fibers such as nylon, polyester, acrylic, vinylon, polypropylene, and polyurethane. In addition, these blended fibers, as well as woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, and sheared and raised fabrics obtained by processing these fibers are also used.

As shown in FIG. 2, in order to blow mold the hollow body 5 with the decorative member 3 attached, first, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the holding member 3 holding the decorative member 4 is Match with mold 1. In this case, the decorative member 4 is placed on the inside. Then,
One mold 1 and the other mold 7 with parison 6 in between
are placed opposite each other, the molds 1 and 7 are closed, and pressurized fluid is injected into the parison 6 to expand and mold the parison 6. At this time, the decorative member 4 held by the holding member 3 becomes a hollow body. It is tightly adhered to the surface of 5. Next, after opening the molds 1 and 7 and releasing the hollow body 5, the holding member 3 is separated from the hollow body 5 and the decorative member 4, and the hollow body 5 with the decorative member 4 adhered to the surface is removed.
get. Since the decorative member 4 is held by the holding member 3 and has the same shape as the cavity 2, the decorative member 4 completely adheres to the surface of the hollow body 5 during blow molding, and there are no wrinkles or air bubbles in the corners. No accumulation occurs. Therefore, a beautiful hollow body 5 can be easily obtained.

In the above embodiment, the holding member 3 is sized to cover almost the entire surface of the mold, but it does not need to cover almost the entire surface of the mold as long as it can be functionally temporarily fixed to the mold and does not fall. Something that covers only a portion is sufficient.

Effects of the Invention As explained above, the method for manufacturing a hollow body according to the present invention involves interposing a decorative member such as cloth between the split mold and the parison, and adhering the decorative member to the surface of the hollow body by blow molding. In the method for obtaining a hollow body, a decorative member such as cloth is held by a holding member having a shape corresponding to the shape of the cavity, and
The holding member is placed so that the decorative member faces the parison side and blow molding is performed, and then the split mold is opened and released, and the holding member is separated to obtain a hollow body with the decorative member attached. In a method of obtaining a hollow body in which a decorative member such as cloth is interposed between the parison and the decorative member is adhered to the surface of the hollow body by blow molding, the decorative member such as cloth is held in a shape corresponding to the shape of the cavity. Since the holding member is held by the hollow body and is blow-molded by placing the decorative member on the parison side, the decorative member adheres closely to the surface of the hollow body during molding, causing wrinkles and air pockets. This has the effect of making it possible to obtain a beautiful product without having to worry about it.
