部材をパリスン側に装飾部材が対向するように配
置してブロー成形し、ついで分割金型を開いて離
型後、保持部材を引き離して装飾部材を粘着した
中空体を得ることを特徴とする中空体の製造方
法。であつて、次にその作用について項を改めて

持部材3の内側、つまり後述するパリスン側に密
着保持されている。上記保持部材3は紙、紙とポ
リエステルとの積層体、その他耐熱性の高い熱可
塑性、熱硬化性の合成樹脂を用いることができ、
さらに、アルミニユウム、鉄等の金属材を用いる
ことも可能である。この保持部材3はあらかじめ
キヤビテイ2の形状に成形しておくものである。
また、装飾部材4は繊維シートを粘着剤によつて
保持部材3に積層するか、あるいは保持部剤3に
繊維を植毛したものとする。この装飾部材4と保
持部材3との接着力は弱く、単に保持されている
程度であり、離型後保持部材3を引き離す際には
これを容易かつ完全に行うことができる。保持部
材3を構成する繊維シートは、綿、麻、羊毛、絹
等の天然繊維、ビスコースレーヨン、銅アンモニ
アレーヨン等の再生繊維、ナイロン、ポリエステ
ル、アクリル、ビニロン、ポリプロピレン、ポリ
ウレタン等の合成繊維が用いられ、さらに、これ
らのブレンド繊維、ならびに、これらを加工して
得られた織物、編物、不織布や剪毛して起毛した

飾部材4が中空体5の表面に密着状態に粘着され
る。ついで、金型1,7を開いて中空体5を離型
後、保持部材3を中空体5および装飾部材4より
引き離して装飾部材4を表面に粘着した中空体5
を得る。そして、上記装飾部材4は保持部材3に
保持されてキヤビテイ2と同形状となつているの
で、ブロー成形時に装飾部材4が中空体5の表面
に完全に密着し、隅角部に皺や空気溜まりが生じ
ない。したがつて中空体5は美麗なものを容易に

開いて離型後、保持部材を引き離して装飾部材を
粘着した中空体を得る分割金型をパリスンとの間
に布等の装飾部材を介在させ、ブロー成形により
中空体の表面にその装飾部材を粘着した中空体を
得る方法において、布等の装飾部材をキヤビテイ
の形状に対応した形状の保持部材に保持せしめる
とともに、その保持部材をパリスン側に装飾部材
が対向するように配置してブロー成形するもので
あるから、成形時に中空体の表面に装飾部材が密
着して皺や空気溜まりが生せず、美麗な製品を得
