The water-soluble adhesive did not dissolve easily, and sufficient opening properties could not be obtained. In addition, since a water-soluble adhesive is used, it is difficult to apply the adhesive, store detergent, and seal.
It was not industrially practical.

である。In order to overcome this drawback, it is known to use a water-permeable sheet such as a non-woven fabric as the material for the container (Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 142410/1982), and a thermal adhesive is used instead of a water-soluble adhesive. It is known that the bag is designed so that a water-soluble adhesive having the following properties is applied in advance and dried, and then the bag is closed by heat sealing when storing detergent.
-39640, JP-A-62-287861). These individual packaged detergents are particularly useful with the spread of fully automatic washing machines. That is, in a fully automatic washing machine, laundry and detergent are first loaded. Then, when the washing process begins, water is forced in for the first time, and the detergent dissolves in the water. However, since the water is poured in gradually afterwards, if powdered detergent is added directly, it will not dissolve completely. This is because there is a problem in that unused detergent becomes lumps and adheres to a part of the clothes.

If you try to store detergent, the water-permeable sheet is relatively porous, so even if you apply a water-soluble adhesive, the water-soluble adhesive will seep into the sheet, making it difficult to close the bag. A problem arose in that sufficient sealing could not be achieved.

剤の製造方法である。Means for Solving the Problems> That is, the present invention provides an individual packaged detergent in which a predetermined amount of powdered detergent is stored in a bag-like container, in which the bag-like container is made of two packaging materials, and one packaging material is made of water. The permeable sheet and the other packaging material form an adhesive dissolving layer made of a water-soluble adhesive having thermal adhesive properties, or a water-dissolving layer and a thermoadhesive resin layer in this order, on at least the intended opening portion of the plastic film. It consists of an impermeable sheet with an adhesive dissolving layer.
Both sheets are heat-sealed via the adhesive dissolving layer,
It is an individually packaged detergent. In addition, the above-described adhesive dissolving layer is formed on at least the area where the opening is planned on the plastic film, the water-permeable sheet is layered to seal the periphery leaving an opening, and then a predetermined amount of powdered detergent is applied to the opening. This is a method for producing an individual packaged detergent, characterized in that the opening is sealed after filling the detergent.

The seal after storage is sufficient. In addition, since the other packaging material is a water-permeable sheet and water permeation is not inhibited, water can easily reach the adhesive-dissolving layer through this sheet, which opens quickly during washing and detergent is released. For example, hemp fibers coated with viscose can be used. On the other hand, hydrophobic nonwoven fabrics such as polyolefin nonwoven fabrics and polyester nonwoven fabrics repel water and therefore have insufficient water permeability.

である。The water-soluble adhesive of the adhesive dissolving layer (22) has thermal adhesive properties and has the property of dissolving (including decomposition and dispersion) in water, and is a seal that can sufficiently seal the bag. It is strong and dissolves quickly when washed. The sealing strength is preferably 150g/15m-width or more in T-peel, and the water solubility is 150g/15m-width or more under actual washing conditions.
Specific examples of water-soluble adhesives that can be used as water-soluble adhesives that are preferably such that the bag can be opened within minutes, more preferably within 15 seconds are disclosed in the aforementioned Japanese Patent Publication No. 63-39640 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-1999. As shown in Japanese Patent No. 287861, for example, polyvinyl alcohol resin alone, polyvinyl alcohol resin, polyvinyl pyrrolidone resin,
Examples include mixtures of pre-water-soluble components such as dextrin and heat-adhesive components such as polyvinyl acetate, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, and polyacrylic esters. In particular, the material disclosed in JP-A-62287861 is a preferred material because the sealing strength and water solubility can be changed by changing the types and mixing ratio of both components.

Good heat sealability and opening properties can be obtained by applying . In addition, when opening only a part of the bag, the adhesive dissolving layer (

In the case of this embodiment, since the water-soluble layer (221) and the heat-adhesive resin layer (222) are coated separately, there is an advantage that each coating agent and coating work can be easily managed. In addition, if you want to open only a part of the water-dissolved layer (

The thermoadhesive resin layer (222) may be formed as a film on top of the plastic film (21) to a thickness that does not directly contact the plastic film (21), and may be coated at 2 to 10 g/rrf. (222) is preferably provided at 3 g/rd or more in order to have sufficient adhesive strength. Furthermore, during use, water must enter from the water-permeable sheet (1) and reach the water-soluble layer (221). Therefore, the thermoadhesive resin layer (222) must be provided in a state that allows water to pass through.
It is convenient to form 2) in a pattern. At this time, as described above, the pattern must be such that the detergent (4) does not substantially leak, and there is no problem if the pattern is approximately grid-like.

are stacked with the adhesive dissolving layer (22) in between, and the periphery is sealed leaving an opening to form a bag. After storing a predetermined amount of detergent (4), the opening is sealed and the bag is closed. ,
The individually packaged detergent of the present invention is completed. In addition, the opening portion (3) where the above-mentioned opening portion and adhesive dissolving layer (22) are provided are as follows:
They do not necessarily have to match.

The bag then opens and the detergent is released. Note that the opening of the bag and the release of detergent are facilitated by agitation by a washing machine. In other words, if water is simply injected, the adhesive will dissolve, but the bag will be difficult to open completely, and the bag will be able to be opened.
It is thought that it is completely opened and released by receiving the movement of water.

Further, as mentioned above, for example, all four sides are sealed by the adhesive dissolving layer, and during use, all four sides may be dissolved and peeled off almost uniformly, and one or more of the four sides may be sealed by the above-mentioned water-soluble adhesive. In this case, the other portion may be a complete seal (not open) or a seal that is stronger (harder to open) than the portion intended to be opened.

きわめて有用なものである。<Effects of the Invention> Since the individual packaged detergent according to the present invention has the above-described structure, when it is put into the washing machine together with the laundry, it automatically opens and the detergent is released during washing, making it easy to use. It's good. The adhesive dissolving layer is applied to the plastic film in advance and dried, and is formed in a sufficient amount and can be sealed by heat sealing.
There is no problem of adhesive penetration and poor sealing as in the past, and industrial manufacturing is possible, and sufficient sealing performance can be obtained. In addition, during use, water quickly penetrates and reaches the entire seal part from the water-permeable sheet, and the adhesive dissolving layer quickly dissolves, allowing the detergent to be released immediately and leaving no residue after dissolving the detergent. Above all, it is extremely useful.
