ることはない等の特徴を有するもので本考案実施
後の実用的効果は極めて大である。

と共に、該吸着盤と台盤間に両方向の係合構造
を構成して成り、該係合構造によつて被吸着面
に吸着した吸着盤の滑りを阻止することを特徴
とする吸着盤の取付構造。 (2) 前記係合構造が、吸着盤の吸着部内面に形成
した凹陥部と台盤の前面に形成した凸段部、又
は吸着盤の外周縁と台盤の内周縁との嵌合組合
せに成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項記載の吸着盤の取付構造。 (3) 前記嵌合組合せが蟻型嵌合になることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載の吸
着盤の取付方法。
