Description

【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は、IC・LSI等の製造工場、コンピユ
ータルーム、危険物取扱施設等において、静電気
のよる機器・部品の破損、発火等の防止や電磁波
シールドのために床、壁、テーブル等に敷設され
る導電性ソートに関するものである。 〔従来の技術〕 この種の導電性シートとしては、例えば、特開
昭60−127143合公報に開示されたものがあり、こ
のものでは、導電性繊維を含有する基材用織布の
表面に樹脂皮膜層を配して構成してある。更に、
前記公報には、導電性繊維が表面を覆う皮膜層と
の界面に部分的に位置しあるいは皮膜層のなかに
突出したものも開示されている。 しかしながら、上記のものでは、導電性繊維が
皮膜層の表面まで完全に達していないことから徐
電効果が低く、このため、瞬時に徐電する必要が
ある場所においては使用することができない。 他方、特開昭55−95207号公報に開示されたも
のがある。 このものは、導電性繊維プラスチツク原料に混
入してフイルムに形成したもので、前記導電性繊
維が乱雑に分布して互いに接触しており、又部分
的に表面に露出している。 したがつて、前者のものと比較すると徐電効果
は若干向上したものとなるが、瞬時に徐電する必
要がある場所においては十分なものではない。こ
れは、プラスチツクフイルムの両面に突出する導
電性繊維部分の所謂濡れ、即ち、導電性繊維のフ
イルム面からの突出部分をプラスチツクが包囲し
ていることにより、導電性繊維の徐電機能が有効
に発揮されないからである。 〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕 そこで、この発明のものでは、導電性繊維の徐
電機能が有効に発揮されるようすることにより、
徐電効果の非常に優れた導電性シートを提供する
ことを課題とする。 〔課題を解決するための手段〕 この発明の導電性シートは、導電性繊維を混入
して成るポリウレタン樹脂シートの両面を表面加
工して、表面から突出する導電性繊維部について
は濡れが除去されたものとし、この表面から突出
した導電性繊維部分相互が導電性繊維により電気
的接続状態となつている。 〔作用〕 この発明は次の作用を有する。 この発明のものは、ポリウレタン樹脂シートの
両面を表面加工してあるから、表面から突出して
いる導電性繊維部分には従来の技術の欄に記載し
た濡れは存在しないものとなつている。そして、
この濡れの存在しない前記導電性繊維の露出部分
相互は導電性繊維により電気的接続状態となるよ
うにしてあるから、この発明のものが敷設された
状態においては、ポリウレタン樹脂シートの表面
と地中とが導電性繊維により有効に電気的接続さ
れた状態となる。 〔実施例〕 以下添付図面に基づいてこの発明の実施例につ
いて説明する。 第1図はこの発明に係る導電性シートの一部拡
大断面図であり、導電性シート1の内部には導電
性繊維の短繊維2が混入されている。短繊維2
は、その端部が導電性シート1の表面3,4に露
出している。尚、5はこの導電性シート1を製造
する際に発生する気泡によつて生じた小孔であ
り、6はスライスまたはバフ掛けにより除去した
表面層である。 上記構成とした導電性シート1を床、テーブル
等に敷いて接地すると、シート1の表面3,4に
導電性繊維の短繊維2が露出しているので、人体
等に帯電した静電気及びシート1に帯電した静電
気を短繊維2を介して地中または大気中に逃すこ
とができる。 次に、この発明に係る導電性シート1の製造方
法について説明する。この方法には乾式法と湿式
法とがある。 乾式法では、ポリウレタンエラストマ100重量
部に対して架橋剤(MOCA:メチレンビスオル
トクロロアニリン)10〜30重量部、水10重量部以
下、整泡剤10重量部以下、導電性繊維1〜20重量
部の配合比で混合し、この混合物を柱状等とした
型に入れてオーブン中で約80〜130℃の温度にて
2〜10時間加熱する。混合物は、この過程で1〜
5倍好ましくは1.1〜2倍に発泡成形される。 次に脱型し、室温で熟成した後、柱状等に形成
された上記混合物をスライサーで所定の厚みにス
ライスし、シート状とする。 湿式法では、溶液型ポリウレタン100重量部に
対して水10重量部以下、DMF10〜200重量部、成
膜助剤20重量部以下、導電性繊維1〜20重量部の
配合比で混合し、この混合液をPETシート上に
流してシート状に形成し、直ちに凝固液(水と
DMPの混合液)中に浸漬、凝固させる。混合液
は、この過程で、乾式法と同様に発泡成形され
る。次いで水洗処理を施し、乾燥させた後、表面
をスライスまたはバフ掛けして表面層を除去す
る。 乾式法、湿式法のいずれによつてもポリウレタ
ンは発泡しており、またシート表面は機械的に加
工されているので、シート内部の導電性繊維が表
面に露出する。これらの方法によれば大量生産が
可能である。 以下、上記乾式法及び湿式法により製造したこ
の発明に係る導電性シートと、従来の導電性シー
トとを比較した実施例を示す。 この発明に係るシートは、導電性繊維としてメ
タライジング合成繊維を使用し、発泡後の実質含
有量が1.5体積%となる様に乾式法及び湿式法で
製造した。 また、従来シートとしては、上記と同一の導電
性繊維を1.5体積%混入させたポリウレタン性シ
ート(未発泡)を使用した。これらのシートの体
積抵抗率と徐電特性とを測定した結果は、表1の
通りである。
