Abstract

CONSTITUTION:An assemble part 2 such as Japanese oak is bonded to upper and lower ends of a base material 1 such as fibrous board of a medium specific gravity. Both sides of it are three-dimensionally processed and bonded with a single plate 3 such as Japanese oak plate. The assemble part 2 is three- dimensionally processed by using NC rooter to form a three-dimensional mirror face. They are combined with frames and medium crosspieces to form a door. The assemble part 2 may be made of sawed plate or single plate-laminate plate, in which the direction of the fibres is oriented to the same direction as the single plate 3. Natural feeling can be obtained and the three-dimensional mirror plate can be easily obtained at low cost.

ることが多かった。しかし、これらは、良質木材の減少
による価格UP或いは挽板の反り、ねじれ等の問題が発
生していた。そこで基材の四周囲に木材を接合させ表裏
面に化粧単板を貼着して立体加工を施すことが行なわれ
たり(図5)、基材を四周辺加工した後、全面に化粧単
板を貼る方法(図6)が行なわれたりしていた。このよ
うな方法の場合、前者の方法では隙間無く四周囲の木材
を接合することが意外に難しく、かなりの精度を必要と
し、又、後者の方法では、四周囲に立体加工(テーパー
加工)を施すと、四隅に単板の皺が発生するので厚い単
板の使用ができない。又、割れが入ったり、小口面が不
自然に見えたりしていた。
