Claims (1)
- 有底の供給側ステイツクに連続して詰められた
方向性のある電子部品を、前記ステイツクから出
して検査し、該検査の結果により選択的に回収側
ステイツクに連続して詰められる電子部品の検査
搬送装置において、前記供給側ステイツクと回収
側ステイツクは共通で、供給側ステイツクから出
た電子部品はロータリー台に拘束され、該ロータ
リー台の回転で方位を変換して前記回収側ステイ
ツクに回収することを特徴とする電子部品の検査
搬送装置。
