(Prior Art) Conventionally, in temporary houses, when installing aluminum sash window frames into the opposing vertical grooves of a pair of metal C-channel-shaped pillars or studs, for example, Utility Model No. 54-25316 was generally used. In temporary buildings, etc. described in utility model publications, etc., only metal sash window frames framed in rectangular or square shapes, window units with glass shoji such as sliding doors fitted to the window frames, or inlaid windows, etc. Lift the window member with a crane or the like of a crane truck, fit both ends of the window member into the above groove from the top of the column, and then place the window member on the wall panel attached to the bottom of the C channel. Insert it from above and fit it into place. In addition to the drop-in fitting method, for example, as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-26755, after fitting a window member from the outdoor side into the opening groove between the C channels, An inset type is also used, in which the window frame is fixed to the inner and outer column surfaces of the channel using fasteners, but the former requires time and effort for crane work, and it is necessary to tighten the window frame and shoji. In the latter case, the opening groove in the C channel of the pillar etc. is not used, but the window frame is fixed on the inner and outer surfaces, and a fixing tool is used, which makes installation troublesome, and the price of the window frame is also high. The actual situation at the construction site is that the window members are slightly deformed into a parallelogram or rhombus shape, and installed and removed from the side in the C channel groove of both pillars in a sliding manner. We are currently in a situation where products are often disassembled and reassembled and used over and over again.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, if the window members are repeatedly deformed during installation and removal using the method described above, the upper and lower frames may be joined at right angles to each other. When the joint corner is deformed to an acute parallelogram shape, two or one guide rails are used to guide the shoji on the upper frame, which is the horizontal frame of the window frame, and two guide rails are used to straddle the door roller on the lower frame. The thick, strong hanging end corners of the lower rails ensure that
The thin, flat vertical web of the vertical frame will be compressed for a long time, causing plastic deformation to the point where the sealer no longer adheres to the vertical web, resulting in poor watertightness and airtightness of the window frame joints. This often causes problems that impair the quality of living and the livability, and improvements have been desired. The purpose of this invention is to
For example, by cutting out the ends of the guide rail of the upper frame and the lower rail of the lower frame that are farthest from the fastening position of the fixing device that connects and secures the upper and lower frames and the left and right vertical frames, the opening of the C channel can be achieved. For attachment and detachment with the long groove,
Even if the parallelogram shape or rhombus shape deformation is repeated, plastic deformation due to pressure contact between each frame member and the resulting peeling of the sealer will not occur.
To provide a metal sash window frame for a temporary house that does not impair the watertightness and airtightness of the sash window.

(Structure of the invention, means for solving problems) Hereinafter, the structure of the invention will be described with reference to embodiments of the invention shown in the drawings. In Figure 4 a, A
are the pillars or studs of the temporary house (hereinafter referred to as pillars)
Then, two lightweight steel sections with a C-shaped cross section, called C channels, with the open long grooves 14 (described later) facing outward,
Use a piece that is welded back to back to form a single piece.
B is installed by dropping the left and right ends into the open long grooves 14 of the left and right C channels of a pair of pillars A, or fitting them in from the side, and is made of insulation with the outdoor surface being painted with water resistance. A waist wall panel as a wall body, C is a wall panel strictly as an upper wall body, and D is installed by fitting between waist panel B and wall panel C from a direction perpendicular to the wall surface outdoors or indoors. With window parts,
It is made of an extruded material made of a metal material such as an aluminum alloy, or a synthetic resin material such as vinyl chloride, or a combination of the above, particularly a composite material of both. E is the outer frame of the window, and W is a shoji such as a sliding door attached to the outer frame E. Fig. 4b shows how the window member D is deformed into a parallelogram shape or rhombus shape when the window member D is attached to the opening long groove 14 of the left and right C channels. At the corner of , the horizontal and vertical sides form an acute angle x. Next, in Figures 1 to 3a, Y is the horizontal frame within the outer frame E of the window, of which the upper frame 1 is shown in Figure 1 and the lower frame 11 is shown in Figure 3b. Illustrated. 2 is wall panel C
2a is a mounting edge formed vertically from near the indoor end and serves as a water return; 3 is the front edge of panel receiving plate 2. An outdoor side horizontal flange for the framework that hangs down beyond the horizontal web 5 described later, 3a is a water cut edge at its lower edge, 4 is horizontally connected to the mounting edge 2a in a very narrow width, and from there is the following horizontal flange. An indoor horizontal flange for the frame that hangs down beyond the horizontal web 5, 5 is a horizontal web that is on the lower surface of the panel receiving plate 2 and is parallel to it, 5a is its both edges, the outdoor horizontal flange 3, and the indoor horizontal flange. 4 is a joint edge consisting of a flush edge obtained by combining both edges of the lower part of each, 5b is a screw hole provided integrally on the upper surface of the horizontal web 5 during molding, and 6 is the entire length from the lower surface of the horizontal web 5. 2 or more or 1 row downwards over (Fig. 5c)
) A guide rail as an upper frame rail or a middle flange hanging at a right angle, 6a is the guide rail edge at both ends, 6b is exactly the lower corner, 7a is the guide rail edge 6a By cutting out the entire guide rail end edge 6a or a part including the lower corner 6b at both ends of the guide rail end edge 6a and the vertical web 8a of the vertical frame 8 described below.
By leaving a small gap between the window member D
This is a deformation-preventing upper notch that prevents deformation of the upper joint portion of the vertical web 8a of the vertical frame 8 when the vertical web 8a of the vertical frame 8 is attached to and removed from the open long groove 14 of the C channel of the column A. Next, 8 is the left and right vertical frames of the outer frame E of the window, 8a is a thin plate-like vertical web forming the main body of the vertical frame 8, and 8b is a vertical web 8a perpendicular to the indoor edge of the vertical web 8a during molding. Indoor vertical flange for integrally formed framework, 8
c is the opposite side of the indoor vertical flange 8b and the vertical frame 8
A column abutting vertical flange 8d is a column abutting vertical flange which extends narrowly from the outdoor end to the back surface opposite to the upper frame joint side and whose tips are bent inwardly. A pair of pillar mounting edges 8e and 8 extend perpendicularly from the vertical web 8a with a pair of inner and outer sides slightly from the inside.
Reference character f denotes two vertical ribs extending from the upper frame joining side of the vertical web 8a, and a watertight and airtight gasket 8g made of elastic synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride is installed between the ribs. In addition, 8h is a through hole drilled at two locations on the upper end of the vertical web 8a, into which a tatsu pin screw (described later) is inserted, and 9 is a hole pasted to the upper edge of the vertical flange 8a including the through hole 8h, covering the entire width of the upper frame 1. This is a sealing material made of a small adhesive rubber sealer. Reference numeral 10 denotes a pin screw for joining and fixing the joining edge 5a of the upper frame 1 and the vertical web 8a of the vertical frame 8. Next, in FIG. 3b, 11 is the lower frame of the outer frame E of the window, 11a is its lower frame web, 11b is the joining edge of the lower frame 11, and 12 is the lower frame web 11a of the lower frame 11. Two lower rails are parallel to the upper surface and integrally raised during molding, 12a is the edge of the lower rail, 12b is the upper corner of the lower rail edge 12a, 13 is both ends of the lower rail 12 or A well-known sweeping notch is formed by cutting out one end of the lower frame web 11a to the upper surface of the lower frame web 11a. establish. A window member D is provided on the entire lower rail end edge 12a of the plurality of lower rails 12, or a part including the upper corner 12b, except for the well-known sweep notch 13 mentioned above. When attaching to and detaching from the opening long groove 14, the vertical web 8a of the vertical frame 8
This is a deformation-preventing lower notch similar to the deformation-preventing upper notch 7a of the upper frame 1, which prevents deformation of the lower joint portion of the upper frame 1. This deformation prevention lower notch 7b is
It is installed at both ends of the guide rail 6 and lower rail 12, except for the location where the sweep notch 13 is located, but if it is installed at only one side instead of both ends,
This is not a good measure as it does not necessarily coincide with the area that will form an acute angle during construction and may cause deformation. Next, as for the assembly structure of the outer frame E with the upper frame 1 and the vertical frame 8, in addition to the above, as shown in FIG. When a flange 15 is provided and the end of the upper frame 1 is wrapped between the two, or when the upper frame 1 and the vertical frame are assembled, the screw hole 5 provided in the horizontal web 5 of the upper frame 1 is used.
Instead of tightening and fixing with the Tatsu pin screw 10 inserted through the through hole 8h of the vertical web 8a of the vertical frame 8 to the vertical frame 8, it is also possible to use a hinge H as shown in FIG. 7a, 7
b, it is not necessarily necessary to vertically cut out the guide rail edge 6a or lower rail edge 12a of the guide rail 6 or lower rail 12 to the surface of the horizontal web 5 or lower frame web 11a; Rim 6a
Alternatively, only a portion of the lower corner 6b or upper corner 12b of 12a is cut out as shown in FIGS. , it may be cut out diagonally. As can be seen from the above description, the well-known method is provided by cutting out the end of the lower rail 12 of the lower frame 1.
At the location where the sweep notch 13 shown in FIG. 3b is not provided, the lower rail end edge 12 of the lower rail 12 is
If there is a possibility that the vertical web 8a of the vertical frame 8 may come into pressure contact with the vertical web 8a of the vertical frame 8, the deformation prevention upper notch 7b, which is the same as that of the guide rail 6 of the upper frame 1, is replaced with a sweep notch of the lower rail 12 of the lower frame 11. Lower rail edge 12a without 13
Of course, this cannot be achieved unless it is provided between the vertical web 8a of the vertical frame 8 and the vertical web 8a of the vertical frame 8.

Tighten and secure the four parts. Next, the outer frame E assembled above,
Or, in the case of a conventional window outer frame, in order to attach the window member D with the window shoji W attached to this outer frame E between the opening long grooves 14 of the opposing C channels of the pair of pillars A of the temporary house. In this case, a well-known sweeping notch provided between the end of the lower rail and the vertical web of the vertical frame (the sweeping notch 13 of the present invention is also the same) allows the horizontal web of the lower frame to be maintained even when the window member is deformed. The upper corner of the lower rail, which is set back by a considerable distance from the joint edge, comes into contact with the vertical web of the vertical frame, deforming the thin vertical web, and causing the sealant to not adhere to the vertical web. Although there is no problem that would cause a problem, the vertical frame 8 of the upper frame 1 shown in FIG. 7a and the lower frame 11 shown in FIG. Due to the deformation when the window member D is attached to and detached from the C channel, the joint portion with the web 8a is formed at the lower corner 6b of the guide rail edge 6a of the guide rail 6 of the upper frame 1 shown in FIG. Lower rail edge 12a shown in d
Since the upper corner 12b is located at the same position as the joint edges 5a and 11b, the lower corner 6b and the upper corner 12b strongly press against the thin vertical web 8a of the vertical frame 8, so that the vertical As a result of causing plastic deformation in the vertical web 8a until the sealing material is not in close contact with the web 8a, the watertightness and airtightness of the joint edges 5a and 11b will be impaired after the window member D is attached. In the product of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4b, the window member D including the outer frame E is deformed into a parallelogram shape or a rhombus shape, and the upper frame, especially, of the pair of diagonal corners is 1 and the lower frame 11 and the vertical frame 8 form an acute angle x, the guide rail edge 6a including the lower corner 6b of the guide rail 6 of the upper frame 1 and the lower rail 12 of the lower frame 11 At least the lower and upper parts of the lower rail edge 12a, including the upper corner 12b, are separated from the joint edge 5a or 11b of the horizontal web 5, which joins with the vertical web 8a of the vertical frame 8, due to the provision of deformation prevention notches 7a, 7b. Since the lower corner 6b of the guide rail edge 6a and the upper corner 12b of the lower rail edge 12a are positioned backward, the vertical web 8
There is no risk of it coming into contact with a and putting pressure on it. In addition, at that time,
The joint edges 5a of the outdoor horizontal flange 3 and the indoor horizontal flange 4 of the upper frame 1 are such that when the outer frame E is deformed into a parallelogram shape or a diamond shape, as shown in FIG. When the window member D is aligned and escapes to the outside of the vertical web 8a of the vertical frame 8, and both ends of the window member D are accommodated in the opening long groove 14 of the C channel of the column A, it returns to the original position and returns to the vertical web 8a. It returns to the abutting state (the same applies to the outdoor side lateral flange and the indoor side lateral flange of the lower frame 11).

(Effect of the invention) Since the metal sash window frame of the invention has the above-described structure and function, the window can be inserted into the opening long grooves 14 facing each other in the pair of pillars A consisting of the C channel of the hypothetical house from the direction perpendicular to the wall surface. When installing the member D or conversely removing it from the opening long groove 14, even if the operation of making the window member D into a parallelogram or rhombus shape is repeated, the deformation will cause the upper frame to 1 and the lower frame 11 and the vertical web 8a of the vertical frame 8, there is no problem that would impair watertightness or airtightness, so it is a type of building that is repeatedly constructed and dismantled like a temporary house. It is extremely excellent as a window frame.
