(Industrial Application Field) This invention relates to materials for clothing worn by drivers of motorcycles, cars, etc. (Prior Art) Clothes worn by drivers of motorcycles, cars, bicycles, etc. are made of tanned natural leather, and instead of this natural leather, fabrics made of cellulose fibers or synthetic fibers are made of polyurethane, Synthetic leather products made by integrally laminating porous films of synthetic resin such as nylon are widely used. (Problem to be solved by the invention) The above-mentioned clothing made of natural leather can protect the body from the wind that is received while running, and has appropriate breathability and moisture permeability, so that the body does not get stuffy. Although it is comfortable to wear as it has abrasion resistance and moderate flexibility, it has low impact resistance and burst resistance, so if you fall in an accident, your clothes will be torn and the driver will be seriously injured. In addition to being injured, there was the problem that if a fire broke out as a result of the fall, people could suffer burns because their clothes were easily flammable. Furthermore, while synthetic leather clothing is cheaper than the above-mentioned natural leather clothing, there is a problem in that it is even worse in abrasion resistance and burst resistance than the natural leather clothing. This invention has superior impact resistance, burst resistance, and flame resistance compared to conventional natural leather by laminating a synthetic fiber base material on the above natural leather, and has better air permeability and moisture permeability than conventional natural leather. The aim is to provide clothing materials for drivers equivalent to those of the above. (Means for solving the problem) That is, the driver's clothing material of this invention is made of natural leather with a thickness of 0.5 to 1.3 mm, and heat-resistant materials such as aromatic polyamide fiber, para-aramid fiber, and high-strength polyethylene fiber. It is characterized in that synthetic fiber base materials such as woven or knitted fabrics made of high tensile strength fiber yarns are laminated by point adhesion at multiple locations. In the drawings, 1 is a tanned natural leather, and 2 is a synthetic fiber base material, and the natural leather 1 and the synthetic fiber base material 2 are joined by a large number of dotted adhesive layers 3. The above natural leather 1 is commonly used as a clothing material, and the thickness is
It is 0.5-1.3mm. In addition, the synthetic fiber base material 2 is
Woven or knitted fabrics made of high tensile strength fiber yarns with excellent heat resistance, such as aromatic polyamide fibers, para-aramid fibers (for example, Kevlar), and high-strength polyethylene fibers, with a thickness of 1.0 to 1.8 mm. It is woven to look like this. In this invention, a synthetic fiber base material 2 is bonded to the back surface of the natural leather 1 with a large number of adhesive layers 3 dispersed and scattered on the mating surface. The size of these scattered adhesive layers 3 is preferably 1 to 10 mm in diameter per piece, and the number is preferably 10,000 to 1 million pieces per 1 m 2 . The above adhesive is preferably made of synthetic resin such as polyurethane, polyamide, polyamino acid, ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, acrylic resin, or polyethylene. Alternatively, a heat-sensitive adhesive film may be used, such as applying the adhesive powder in a layer and drying it, or melting the adhesive powder under pressure. (Function) Since the natural leather 1 and the synthetic fiber base material 2 are bonded at multiple points, impact resistance, burst resistance and flame resistance are significantly improved, and air permeability and moisture permeability are hardly reduced. However, if the thickness of the natural leather 1 is less than 0.5 mm, the strength will decrease,
It is easy to tear due to impact, etc., and on the other hand, the thickness is 1.3
If it exceeds mm, the clothing material becomes heavy, and the body movement becomes slow when wearing the clothing, causing problems for use by drivers. Also, if the diameter of the adhesive layer 3 is less than 1 mm or the number of pieces per 1 m2 is less than 10,000, the adhesive force will be insufficient, and conversely, if the diameter of the adhesive layer 3 is less than 10 mm, the adhesive force will be insufficient. If the number of particles exceeds 1 million or the number does not exceed 1 million, air permeability and moisture permeability will decrease. In addition, in the case of full-surface adhesion, the impact resistance and burst resistance are slightly improved compared to the case of using only natural leather, but the air permeability and moisture permeability are significantly reduced, making it difficult to use as a clothing material. (Example) A two-component polyurethane adhesive solution was applied in many dots on the back side of natural leather tanned leather 1 with a thickness of 0.7 mm, and an adhesive layer 3 with a diameter of 1 mm was applied at a rate of 100,000 pieces per 1 m2. A fabric with a thickness of 0.5 mm made of heat-resistant high tensile strength fiber yarn (trade name "Keplar") was layered on top of this and dried to obtain a driver's clothing material with a total thickness of 1.1 mm. . For comparison, the performance was compared between a clothing material to which the synthetic fiber base material 2 was fully bonded (Comparative Example 1) and a clothing material made only of natural leather to which the synthetic fiber base material 2 was not bonded (Comparative Example 2). . The results are shown in the table below.

[Table] In the table above, impact resistance and breathability are JIS L-
1096, flame resistance was measured according to A-1 method of JIS L-1091, burst resistance was measured according to JIS L-6328, and moisture permeability was measured according to JIS Z-0208, and the best was ◎, good was ○, and fair was △. , and evaluated as "×" if not acceptable. (Effects of the invention) The clothing material of this invention is made by laminating natural leather with a synthetic fiber base material made of heat-resistant high tensile strength fiber threads bonded at multiple points, so it is different from conventional natural leather. It has superior impact resistance, burst resistance, and flame resistance, and has the same level of breathability and moisture permeability as conventional natural leather. Therefore, when manufacturing clothing for drivers of motorcycles, cars, etc., it is not only comfortable for the driver to wear, but also protects the driver from injury or burns in the event of an accident, improving safety. .
