ころ、潜血試験片の光吸収特性は図1に示すとおりであ
り、またブドウ糖試験片の光吸収特性は図2に示すとお
りであった。

に、同じ光学読取り機によって実検体に対して使用した
潜血用呈色試験片およびブドウ糖用呈色試験片の呈色状
態を検査したところ、目視による場合と異なる結果にな
り、潜血およびブドウ糖の有無を明確に判定できなかっ
た。
