通信ネットワークと二方向の無線電話連結を行うセルト
ランシーバ手段と、コールされる電話番号及び実行され
るセル機能を入力するセルダイヤルパッド手段と、コー
ルされる電話番号及び実行されるセル機能を前記ダイヤ
ルパッド手段から受け取り、前記トランシーバ手段を介
して前記電話番号をコールし前記セル機能を実行するセ
ルロジック手段と、ファクシミリ送信により送信する内
容を表す英数字を入力する英数字キーボード手段と、前
記送信内容を表す前記英数字を、前記キーボード手段へ
の入力通りにディスプレイする英数字ディスプレイ手段
と、前記送信内容を表す前記英数字を受け取り、前記ト
ランシーバ手段を介して連結されているファクシミリ機
とインターフェースし、前記送信内容をファクシミリデ
ータとして送信することにより、前記送信内容が前記フ
ァクシミリ機に受け取られ前記送信内容を表す英数字の
書類として作成されるキーファックスロジック手段と、
前記トランシーバ手段、前記ダイヤルパッド手段、前記
セルロジック手段、前記英数字キーボード手段、前記英
数字ディスプレイ手段、及び前記キーファックスロジッ
ク手段に動力を供給するバッテリ手段とを備えたことを

記英数字ディスプレイ手段、及び前記キーファックスロ
ジック手段に動力を供給するバッテリ手段と、前記トラ
ンシーバ手段、前記ダイヤルパッド手段、前記セルロジ
ック手段、前記英数字キーボード手段、前記英数字ディ
スプレイ手段、前記キーファックスロジック手段、及び
前記バッテリ手段を全て収納するケースとを備えたこと

ルロジック手段、前記英数字キーボード手段、前記英数
字ディスプレイ手段、及び前記キーファックスロジック
手段に動力を供給するバッテリ手段と、前記トランシー
バ手段、前記ダイヤルパッド手段、前記セルロジック手
段、前記英数字キーボード手段、前記英数字ディスプレ
イ手段、前記キーファックスロジック手段、及び前記バ
ッテリ手段が全て収納され、前記キーボード手段を上面
に備える本体部を有するケースと、前記本体部の外部に
面した底面の両端に位置し前記トランシーバ手段と連結
したマイクロホン及びイヤホンであり、該イヤホンをユ

いるファクシミリ機とインターフェースし、前記送信内
容をファクシミリデータとして送信することにより、前
記送信内容が前記ファクシミリ機に受け取られ前記送信
内容を表す英数字の書類として作成される、前記ケース
内に収納されたキーファックスロジック手段と、前記英
数字キーボード手段、前記英数字ディスプレイ手段、及
び前記キーファックスロジック手段に動力を供給するた
めに連結されたバッテリ手段とを備えることを特徴とす
