However, in such conventional mold cassettes, the accuracy of the pitch between the disks in the groove is poor, so there is a discrepancy between the upward lifting position and the disk position in the cassette, and as a result, when you try to lift it up with the lifter claw, the claw is stuck. This makes it very difficult to remove the disk from the cassette case due to touching the disk, which is impractical.

The above-mentioned cassette case 2 is formed into a box shape as shown in FIGS. 1 to 2, and 4, and has openings 3 and 4 at its upper and lower parts, and the disks 1 are arranged in parallel at opposing positions on the inner surface. A groove 5 is formed for storing the product in the same condition.

As described above, the disk 1 is stored in the cassette case 2, and when processing the disk 1, the cassette case 2 with the disk 1 stored is moved by the drive shaft 6 driven by a motor. It is mounted on a movable mobile table 7.

In the center of the movable table 7, there is an opening 8 large enough to prevent the disk from falling, and on both sides there are openings 8 for properly supporting the disk 1 housed in the cassette case 2, and adjusting the position of the disk in the raised position and in the cassette case. A highly accurate positioning receiving part 9 is formed to prevent slippage, which compensates for the poor precision of the grooves in commercially available cassette cases.

When the cassette case 2 mounted on the moving table 7 is arbitrarily moved to a predetermined position under microcomputer control, the lifter claw 10 provided below
The disk rises as shown in FIG. 2, lifts up one disk 1, and is easily taken out from the cassette case by a worker or a robot. When this is completed, the lifter claw 10 is lowered, the moving table 7 is moved one pitch, and the next disk is lifted up by the lifter claw in the same manner as before.

(Effects of the invention) According to the invention as described above, the disks are neatly stored side by side in the cassette case by means of positioning receivers, etc., which is convenient for storage and movement, and is convenient for processing the disks. The cassette case is placed on a moving table with the disks stored, and the lifter claw moves up and down at a predetermined position to push up the disks one by one, making it easy to remove the disks from the cassette case. The efficiency of processing work for each piece is improved.
Moreover, since a highly accurate positioning receiving part is formed on the moving table, the disc pitch can be accurately set regardless of the rough grooves in the cassette case, and the disc can be taken out from the cassette case properly. It can be done. Further, since the disk is moved while being housed in the cassette case, the surface of the disk is prevented from coming into contact with other objects, which is highly practical.
