(Function) When using the container according to the present invention, in the early stages of plant growth, callus cultivation, etc., the top should be flattened and stacked in several tiers to avoid wasting space during storage, transportation, etc. The upper container of FIG. 2 is used, which has a relatively low profile that can be used.

Further, the upper container shown in FIG. 3 may be used from the beginning, or the upper container shown in FIG. 2 may be used during the initial stage of growth and replaced with the upper container shown in FIG. 3 when the plant grows larger.

When acclimatizing a plant that has grown in a container for potting, first remove the filter material for germs attached to the vent shown in Figure 1 to increase the amount of ventilation and lower the humidity inside the container. Next, after the plants have adapted to the lower humidity, a gap is opened between the upper container and the lower container to further increase the amount of ventilation and acclimate the plants.

Normally, after the plant has been sufficiently acclimated to the outside air, the plant is taken out of the container, the gelling medium is removed, and the plant is transplanted to another container containing acclimation soil. If roots are easy to form, spread acclimatization soil on top of the gelling medium and root.

After completing the series of habituation as described above,
It is possible to transition to regular potted or field cultivation. Alternatively, if the plant does not grow very large, the lower container may be used as a regular pot.

(Effects of the invention) The present invention has a dish-shaped lower container which has a protrusion on the outer periphery of the container for fitting with the upper container, and has a vent protruding from the upper part for ventilating outside air on the side.
Since the plant tissue culture container is composed of an upper container having a recess provided on the outer periphery of the container that can fit into the protrusion of the lower container, it has the following effects.

In other words, by making the upper and lower containers separable, the relatively low-shaped upper container can be used in the early stages of plant growth or when cultivating callus, allowing for effective use of space and increasing the number of days the plants have grown. By replacing only the upper container, the size of the entire container can be changed, reducing the number of passages.

Furthermore, since the upper container and the lower container can be separated in the manufacture of the container, it is possible to design the container relatively freely, and it is possible to supply a container with excellent interior design.
