５と；インナーチユーブ５内に同軸に配置されな

リンダ８と；該シリンダ８内に摺動自在に嵌合さ
れるとともにアウターチユーブ４の閉塞端に連結
されるピストン２５と；前記シリンダ８を囲繞し
ながらアウターチユーブ４およびインナーチユー
ブ５間に介設される緩衝用コイルばね４０と；主
として収縮作動時に減衰力を発揮すべくシリンダ
８内の下部に設けられ、シリンダ８内の下部を上
下に区画してインナーチユーブ５の下端に固定さ
れる円盤状の弁座部材４７と、弁座部材４７に設
けられる下降通路４９の油圧が前記弁座部材４７
よりも下方の部分の油圧よりも一定値以上大であ
るときに開弁作動すべく下降通路４９を閉塞する
弁５１とを備える減衰機構Ｒ２と；を含む倒立型
油圧緩衝器において、シリンダ８の下部には大径
部８ｂが設けられ、減衰機構Ｒ２は該大径部８ｂ
