2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, screens and filters have been used to separate solid and liquid mixtures. In this case, the solid-liquid mixture is flowed perpendicularly to the surface of the screen, etc., and what passes through the pores is used as the separation liquid. Particles captured by the screen, etc. are removed by mechanical force such as a scraping device and screened. This prevents blockages such as In addition, clogging of filters, etc. can be dealt with by cleaning or replacing the filters, etc.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In solid-liquid separation operations using conventional screens and filters, the screens and filters tend to become clogged as the operation continues, and maintenance work is required to prevent performance deterioration due to clogging. Also, the handling of the equipment is complicated. In addition, when a filter is installed in a pipe for solid-liquid separation and the liquid is pumped, the pressure increase due to blockage of the filter can cause problems such as damage to the pipe or filter section. There was a problem. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, an object of the present invention is to reduce clogging of screens and filters in solid-liquid separators to facilitate maintenance and management, and to prevent damage due to clogging and the like.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention communicates the outflow port and inflow port of a raw water tank for storing solid liquid with an external circulation pipe, and a liquid is placed in the middle of the circulation pipe. A cross-flow type solid-liquid separator was constructed by interposing a cylindrical screen for allowing the liquid to flow out, a processing liquid receiver was provided on the outside of the screen, and a net member was provided at the outlet of the processing liquid receiver. Note that it is preferable that the cylindrical screen is placed in the vertical portion of the circulation pipe because the separated liquid can easily pass through the entire circumference of the screen.

[Operation] In the above-mentioned cross-flow type solid-liquid separator, the solid-liquid is circulated from the raw water tank back through the cylindrical screen by the pump installed in the middle of the circulation pipe, and due to this circulation, the solid-liquid is returned to the screen part. The liquid flows out, enters the processing liquid receiver, and is further discharged from the outlet. Since only the liquid of the solid-liquid thus circulated is successively discharged to the outside through the screen, the solid-liquid concentration in the raw water tank becomes high. When the concentration reaches a certain level, the pump is stopped and the concentrated liquid is disposed of from the raw water tank to a designated location. Separation of solid and liquid is carried out by a screen, and since the cylindrical screen surface is parallel to the flow direction of the solid and liquid, the screen is less prone to clogging, and since the screen is washed by the flow of water, clogging can be further prevented. Furthermore, if the screen becomes clogged, the clogged portion can be cleaned by spraying water from the outside of the screen, or the screen portion can be easily replaced.

[Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. A raw water tank 1 for storing solid liquid is configured to receive an appropriate amount of raw water from a raw water tank inflow pipe 2. An outflow port 3 provided at the bottom of the raw water tank 1 is communicated with an inlet at the top of the raw water tank via an on-off valve 4, a pump 5, and a circulation pipe 6 provided outside the raw water tank 1. The solid liquid is circulated through a circulation pipe 6, and an on-off valve 7 is provided in the circulation pipe 6 near the inlet of the raw water tank 1. A concentrate waste port 8 is provided at the bottom of the raw water tank 1, and the waste port 8 communicates with a waste pipe 10 having an on-off valve 9 in the middle. When the concentration exceeds a certain level, it is opened for a certain period of time via a timer 9a. Further, a concentration meter 11 and a liquid level gauge 12 are provided in the raw water tank 1, and an overflow path 19 is provided in the upper part.

A cylindrical screen 13 is interposed in the vertical portion of the circulation pipe 6, so that when the solid liquid is circulated and passes through the screen 13, only the liquid flows out. A processing liquid receiver 14 is provided outside the screen 13 to receive the liquid that has passed through the screen 13 and exited. An outflow pipe 15 is installed at the bottom of the processing liquid receiver 14.
An outflow port 15 is provided which communicates with a, and the outflow port 15
A net member 16 is provided at the top so that even if the screen 13 is damaged and solids with large particle sizes enter the processing liquid receiver 14, they will not be allowed to flow out. The structure in which the screen 13 is interposed in the middle of the circulation pipe 6 is such that both ends of the screen are removably attached to the circulation pipe 6 by screwing, for example, and if the screen 13 becomes clogged, the screen 13 can be removed. It can be removed and replaced easily. Further, a liquid pressure sensor 17 is provided at the lower part of the processing liquid receiver 14, and is adapted to issue a detection signal when the screen 13 is damaged and the water level in the processing liquid receiver 14 exceeds a predetermined level.

In this embodiment, the operation of the pump 5, the operation of the raw water tank 1
Control panel 1 controls solid-liquid circulation and discharge operations and concentrated liquid disposal operations.
It can be done in 8. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, detection signals from the concentration meter 11 and liquid level gauge 12 in the raw water tank 1 and a detection signal from the hydraulic pressure sensor 17 in the treated liquid receiver 14 are transmitted to the control panel 18. The control panel 18 can control the operation of the two on-off valves 4 and 9 and the pump 5. That is, as shown in the flowchart of FIG. 4, when the concentration meter 11 sends a signal indicating that the concentration has reached a certain level to the control panel 18 while the pump 5 is operating, the timer 9a is activated and the on-off valve is activated. 9 is opened for a certain period of time, and the concentrated liquid in the raw water tank 1 is disposed of through the waste port 8. When the disposal is completed, the liquid level gauge 12 is activated to inject raw water into the raw water tank 1 up to a predetermined water level.

In the unlikely event that the screen 13 is damaged, the water level in the processing liquid receiver 14 will rise, and a signal from the liquid pressure sensor 17 will cause the control panel 18 to stop the pump 5 and close the circulation pipe 6. Close the on-off valve 4. After this,
The screen 13 is replaced, the on-off valve 4 is opened again, and the pump 5 is driven to separate solid and liquid.

[Effects of the Invention] According to the cross-flow type solid-liquid separator of the present invention, the screen that allows only liquid to pass is provided parallel to the flow direction of the solid-liquid, so that the surface of the screen that has captured particles is exposed to the flow of water. Since it is washed, it is less prone to clogging and is easy to maintain. In addition, it is easy to install and remove the screen from the circulation pipe, and its replacement is easy.
Cleaning the clogged area is also easy as all you have to do is spray water from the outside. Furthermore, if the screen becomes clogged and the screen is damaged due to the pressure of the solid liquid being pumped, the solids with large particle sizes will remain in the processing liquid receiver and will not flow out. The pump and on-off valve can be stopped and repaired based on the sensor signal that detects this, so the equipment can be operated safely.
