Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 適宜間隔を隔てて対向して配置され、一方に光
を放出する手段を、他方に光を検出する手段を備
えて、両手段間に介在する物体の大きさ又は形状
を受光手段の光量変化で識別する光フアイバセン
サにおいて、 上記両手段のうち少なくとも一方の手段を光フ
アイバで構成し、 この光フアイバの長手方向にクラツドの一部を
除去した窓を複数個設け、この光フアイバを伝播
した光をこれらの窓から外部に漏洩、またはこれ
らの窓に向けて放出された光を吸収できる構造と
した ことを特徴とする光フアイバセンサ。
