スプライバンドのしわを広げた後、カーカスプラ
イバンドを折り返すブラダーを有するブラダー機
構と、該ブラダー機構のブラダー内部に半径方向
外方に向かつて突出可能に設けられ、突出したと
き前記ブラダーおよび前記カーカスプライバンド
を介して前記ビードワイヤに内周方向から当接し
て該ビードワイヤを所定位置に保持するビードワ
イヤ保持機構と、前記ブラダーの膨張が一時的に
停止したとき前記ビードワイヤ保持機構をブラダ
ー内部へ突出させる作動機構と、を具備してなる
