Furthermore, varnish is poured through a hole made in the side face of the coil end protective cap thus enhancing insulation and simplifying the fabrication process.

、抜け止めを行い固定するため、従来行っていた糸縛り
工程の省略が出来て、工程削減が出来る。また、コイル
エンド保護キャップのコイルエンド収納部Qは、コイル
エンドのボリューム量に合わせ、成形せしめているため
コイルエンドの無理な整形を行うことなく整形可能とな
る。更に、絶縁性を強化するため、コイルエンド保護キ
ャップの側面に設置したワニス注入穴dよりワニス注入
せしめるものである。また、コイルエンド保護キャップ
は、内径側D部に深く挿入させているため電動機組立時
の回転子6、挿入時にコイルエンド内径部に接触し傷を
付けることなく安全性を確立できるものである。従って
、コイルエンド保護キャップのL寸法の規定等により、
電動機の小形化は勿論、工程数の削減,絶縁性の確立に
より、安全性と原価低減を計るものである。
