Components, processed metal powder, etc. serve as a nutrient source for the growth of microorganisms, resulting in the decomposition and deterioration of the oil. For this reason, not only the processability and rust prevention properties of the processing oil decrease, but also
Odors are generated and nozzles and piping are blocked, resulting in poor work hygiene and work efficiency, which necessitates replacing the oil.

Not only do these components have to be replenished appropriately, but also sufficient bactericidal and antifungal effects cannot be obtained due to the development of resistant bacteria due to long-term use.

It will be done. When a fatty acid or its ester is condensed with diethanolamine in a 1:1 molar ratio, a fatty acid alkanolamide with n≈0 is obtained, and when it is condensed with a 1:2 molar ratio, a fatty acid alkanolamide with n≒1 is obtained. In this way, n can be adjusted by the molar ratio of fatty acid and diethanolamine,
Particularly preferred for the present invention are fatty acid alkanolamides with n≈0-1. Fatty acid has 10 carbon atoms

Since the deterioration is small, not only stable processability and excellent rust prevention properties can be obtained over a long period of time, but also, since the processing oil itself has antibacterial properties, there is no need for additional disinfectants. Furthermore, since the processing oil has low toxicity and irritation to the human body, there is no problem in terms of work hygiene.
