(Conventional technology) Generally, in buildings such as houses, living rooms facing the south side and living rooms facing the north side are constructed, and living rooms facing the south side do not require heating during the day even in winter. However, the rooms facing the north remain cold all day long and require heating. Additionally, rooms on the north side are generally prone to condensation because the indoor temperature is low.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, although the hot air circulation ventilation system is designed to eliminate temperature differences between rooms, it not only transfers warm air from the south room to the north room. There is a problem in that moisture is also transferred, and as a result, dew condensation is more likely to occur in the northern room. In addition, the ventilation system using the heat exchange ventilation system in the north room is intended to prevent condensation in the north room, but since it does not provide heating, the room temperature decreases due to ventilation, resulting in temperature differences between each room. There is a problem that becomes even larger. Furthermore,
Ventilation devices using any of these methods are not configured to perform automatic operation control, and therefore have the problem that ventilation management is troublesome.

(Function) According to the present invention, when the temperature sensor detects that the indoor temperature of the south side room rises above a certain temperature (for example, 25°C), the duct fan is automatically operated to send warm air from the south side room to the north side room. When signs of condensation are detected by the condensation sensor installed in the north room, the duct fan and heat exchange ventilation fan are automatically operated to raise the temperature and remove moisture from the north room.

In Figure 1, 1 is a room on the south side, and rooms 2 and 3 are on the north side. In the illustrated embodiment, there is one south side room and two
The one shown consists of two rooms on the north side,
The number of each living room is not limited to the illustrated example, and can be configured arbitrarily. T is a temperature sensor for detecting the indoor temperature of the room on the south side, and DP is a condensation sensor for detecting condensation in the room on the north side. These temperature sensor T and dew condensation sensor DP
The output signal is input to an electronic control device 4 consisting of a microcomputer. F is a duct fan, and the duct fan F is attached to the duct 5 to transfer warm air from the south room 1 to the north room 2,
Deliver within 3 days. 6 is a heat exchange type ventilation fan installed in the living room 1 on the south side. The heat exchange type ventilation fan 6 has the function of exhausting indoor air to the outside, taking in outside air into the room, and at the same time recovering thermal energy contained in the exhaust air to preheat the outside air. Furthermore, when the heat exchange type ventilation fan 6 takes in outside air, it also has a dehumidifying function of removing moisture contained in the outside air at the suction port. Reference numeral 7 denotes a ventilation hole that communicates the south living room 1 with the north living rooms 2 and 3. 8 is a dehumidifier installed in the duct between the air outlet of the south living room 1 and the duct fan F. The duct fan F, the dehumidifier 8 and the heat exchange type ventilation fan 6 are controlled and driven by output signals from the electronic control device 7.

First, in step 1, the indoor temperature of the south living room 1 is detected. Next, it is determined whether the indoor temperature of the south living room 1 is above a predetermined set temperature T (for example, 25°C) (step 2), and if it is above the set temperature T, the duct fan F is turned on (step 7). ). As a result, the warm air in the south living room 1 is sent into the north living rooms 2 and 3 through the duct 5, so that the indoor temperature of the north living rooms 2 and 3 rises, and the temperature is lower than that of the south living room 1. It is possible to eliminate the difference. On the other hand, the indoor temperature of south room 1 is the set temperature T.
When the temperature is lower than that, the duct fan F is stopped (step 3), and the temperature in the south living room 1 can be maintained. Next, dew condensation inside the north rooms 2 and 3 is detected by the dew condensation sensors DP installed in the north rooms 2 and 3 (step 4). As a result of condensation detection, if it is determined that there are signs of condensation in the north rooms 2 and 3 (step 5), turn on the heat exchange type ventilation fan 6, duct fan F, and dehumidifier 8, or turn on the heat exchange type ventilation fan 6, duct fan F, and dehumidifier 8, or Turn on the ventilation fan and dehumidifier (Step 8). As a result, the north side rooms 2 and 3 have the south side room 1.
At the same time, the heat exchange type ventilation fan 6 and/or dehumidifier are activated, and the humid air accumulated in the north living rooms 2 and 3 passes through the vents 7 to the south living room 1. At the same time, the dry and warm air from the south living room 1 is carried to the north living rooms 2 and 3.
As the room warms up, the humidity in the living rooms 2 and 3 decreases, making it possible to prevent dew condensation in these rooms.
In addition, since the ventilation fan 6 is a heat exchange type ventilation fan, even when humid air is removed, the temperature in each living room will not be lowered. On the other hand, when it is determined that there is no condensation in the north living rooms 2 and 3 (step 5), the heat exchange type ventilation fan 6 is kept OFF.

In the above embodiment, when signs of dew condensation occur in the rooms 2 and 3 on the north side, the heat exchange type ventilation fan 6 and the dehumidifier 8 are operated at the same time, but it is not necessary to operate these two at the same time. Needless to say, in some cases, only the heat exchange type ventilation fan 6 may be operated, or only the dehumidifier 8 may be operated.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the ventilation system for a living room according to the present invention is configured as described above, the preheating by solar heat of the south living room in a building with particularly high airtightness is effectively used to ventilate the interior space between the north living room and the living room. It is possible to eliminate temperature differences and prevent condensation in the north room, and the ventilation system can be operated under automatic control, making it possible to eliminate the hassle of ventilation management.
