Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid a cramped sapce and keep an adequate indoor space even if an attempt is made to increase the space for an air conditioning device so as to meet a large increase in the capacity of an iar conditioner in a room, such as a computer room, which is proper to the installation of a number of air conditioners which porduce heat but reject high temperature space. CONSTITUTION:The part under a floor 7 is in triple structure. The part under the floor 7 is divided into two stages upper and lower by the triple structure. The upper stage 28 is designed as a fan room provided with an outlet 23 which leads from the lower stage 29 to a room. A heat exchanger 33 and a fan 33 are installed on the lower stage 29 while the lower stage 29 communicates with a return gallery.

2. Description of the Related Art In conventional air conditioners of this type, package type air conditioners are often appropriately arranged to target a specific room, and an example of this is shown in cross-sectional view in FIG. This is a double floor with a return louver 3 in the ceiling of the room 1 and a floating floor 7 on top of the floor slab 5.
The lower space is an air supply chamber 9. In addition, a return louver 3 and an air supply chamber 9 are provided on the outside of the side of the chamber 1.
It defines a machine room 11 that communicates with. An air conditioner 19 including an air filter 13, a cold water coil 15, and a blower 17 is installed in the machine room 11, and the blower opening of the blower 17 faces the air supply chamber 9. Furthermore, the air filter 13 is attached to a suction port that takes in the return air from the return louver 3 into the air conditioner 19, and when the blower 17 is started, the conditioned air passes from the return louver 3 through the filter 13 and through the chilled water coil 15, and is then passed through the air blower. The air blows out from the air supply chamber 9 into the room 1 through the air supply chamber 17 and flows through a flow path that exits to the air intake port 21 in the ceiling. In this way, a large number of air outlets 23 are provided in the floor 7 according to the positions of the heat generating devices installed in the room 1, and conditioned air is sent into the room 1 in a finely tuned manner. If a hole penetrating under the floor is provided at a desired location on the floating floor 7, this hole becomes the air outlet 23, which is suitable for the purpose of suppressing the temperature rise of equipment that generates heat at any position.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention] However, the effective indoor space becomes narrower due to the machine room. It is necessary to secure a route for loading and unloading packaged air conditioners. In addition, this loading/unloading work is extremely difficult due to weight and volume issues, and it is especially difficult to carry out after the building or room is completed, as it may involve removing partition walls. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to provide an air conditioner for a room with many heating elements that is easy to carry in and out and does not require the installation space to reduce the effective space of the room. It is in.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the air conditioner for a room with many heating elements according to the present invention has a triple floor structure in which the floor is further divided into two upper and lower stages, and the lower stage is a return garage. The fan room is equipped with a heat exchanger and a blower, and the upper tier is a fan room with an air supply hole that allows air to flow into the room from the lower tier.

[Operation] The blower installed at the bottom pulls the return air from the return louver and blows it into the fan room. The upper tier receives this blowing pressure, and the indoor air flows into the return louver side where the pressure becomes negative due to the blower, and the air flow from the blower flows from the return louver to the upper tier side via the lower tier under the floor. , further forming a circulation path from the upper stage to the room and back to the return garage. A heat exchanger is installed in the lower part of the circulation path, and the return air that absorbs indoor heat is cooled before moving to the upper part, which is the fan room. The heat exchanger and blower are internally installed on the lower level, eliminating the need to partition the room and provide a special machine room.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the invention. As the difference from the conventional example shown in FIG. It's gone. Additionally, the conventional machine room 11 essentially requires an additional inspection space for maintenance and repair of the air conditioner 19, but since there is no air conditioner 19, only the inspection space needs to be left. That is,
On both sides of the chamber 1a, a partition wall 27 defines an inspection space 25 that communicates with the return louver 3 and under the floor. This inspection space 25 is an extension of the return louver 3 for sending return air under the floor, and also serves as an inspection opening under the floor. Further, the height of the floating floor 7 under the floor is raised to expand the vertical space under the floor, and the ceiling is raised so that the height of the room 1a is not lowered by this. The underfloor and the inspection space 25 are continuous, and as a result, the return louver 3, the inspection space 25, and the underfloor are continuous, but this underfloor is further separated into two vertical stages, which is different from the conventional method.
Instead of having a multi-floor structure, it now has a triple-floor structure. The upper stage 28 of this upper and lower division has its left and right ends closed. That is, the upper stage 28 is a chamber-like space formed directly below the floating floor 7, with communication with the inspection space 25 cut off. A blower 30 is installed in the lower tier 29 below the upper tier 28. The air outlet (discharge port) of the blower 30 is located at the upper stage 28.
We have them come directly to us. Further, the floating floor 7, which is the uppermost floor plate constituting the upper stage 28, has an air outlet 23. Therefore, the upper stage 28 has almost the same function as an air supply chamber, but since the entire upper stage 28, which is the space directly below the floating floor 7, is a room-shaped fan room, it can be considered a fan room, and the blower 30 In other words, a large number of blowers 30 are installed under the floor of the upper tier 28, and their discharge ports protrude inside the upper tier 28, which serves as a fan room. The air filter 31 is installed at the end of the lower tier 29 where the inspection space 25 and the lower tier 29 are connected, while the cold water coil 33 is installed inside the filter 31, that is, toward the back of the lower tier 29. The number of chilled water coils 33 is not limited to one, and may be provided in multiple stages within the lower stage 29. In this way, the blower 30, the air filter 31, and the cold water coil 33 are housed in the underfloor portion of the lower tier 29. Upper tier 2 under the floor of floating floor 7
Part 8 is a fan room. FIG. 3 shows a plan view of a room 1a to which the air conditioner of FIG. 1, which is an embodiment of the present invention, is applied. As shown in the figure, air outlets 23 are provided at regular intervals vertically and horizontally on the floor 7 of the chamber 1a, and these air outlets 2
Air blower 30 so that sufficient air volume can be obtained evenly from 3
Select the installation location and number of the blowers 30, and install these blowers 30 in the lower 2
It is installed in 9 parts. An inspection space 25 defined by partition walls 27 is provided on the left and right sides of the chamber 1a, which allows air to be supplied to the chamber 1a from both left and right ends, and also allows air to be supplied to the chamber 1a from both the left and right ends. This makes inspection, repair, and maintenance management easy.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above in detail, the air conditioner for a room with many heating elements according to the present invention has a triple structure in which the underfloor of the room is divided into two upper and lower stages, and the upper stage is an independent room. In addition to having an air supply hole that communicates with the lower and upper tiers, the heat exchanger and blower are located in the lower tier, so the room can be expanded by the space of the machine room, and it is also possible to carry in an air conditioner. , there is no need to construct an entrance/exit structure with consideration for carrying out. The heat exchanger and blower that make up the air conditioner are transported in and out individually, which has the effect of greatly simplifying construction. In addition, the fan room is located under the floor of the room, and the required number of blowers and heat exchangers can be installed in the lower part of the room. In addition to configuring air conditioning equipment,
The effect is that the position of the air outlet can also be freely selected.
