Conventional technology A typical conventional ramune bottle is one in which a glass ball is placed inside the bottle during the bottle manufacturing process, the opening of the bottle is reheated to narrow it, and the ball is sealed inside the bottle. In this case, the sealing body is a ring-shaped gasket that fits over the enclosed ball and the bottle opening. The sealing method is that during the liquid filling process, after filling the liquid, the bottle is turned upside down and the internal pressure of the bottle is used to push the ball into the bottle opening. The bottle was sealed by applying it to a gasket, or by spraying liquid into the bottle while the bottle was held upside down.

As shown in FIG. 4, there is a sealing body for a Ramune bottle that does not narrow the bottle opening, which consists of a spout member 20, a ring-shaped packing 21, and a glass ball 22. To use this method, first, the ball 22 is placed in the bottle 23, the ring-shaped gasket 21 is fitted to the step 25 inside the bottle mouth 24, and then the spout member 20 is fitted or screwed into the bottle mouth 24. The rest is the same as described above, but after filling the content liquid, turn the bottle upside down and let the ball 22 at the bottom of the bottle sink to the bottle mouth 24, and the internal pressure of the bottle 23 will cause the ball 22 to ring. The hole 30 of the shaped gasket 21 was sealed by pressure, or the bottle was held upside down and liquid was injected from below to fill the bottle. In the case shown, spout member 20
The protrusion 28 on the inside of the hanging wall 27, which is formed to hang down to the position of the bead 26 of the bottle 23, engages with the protrusion 29 on the outer periphery of the bottle mouth 24 and is fitted into the bottle mouth. There is also one that screws the spout member with a left-hand thread. When opening the bottle, use this ball 22
Press down with an opening tool. Bottles using these conventional sealing methods or sealants were all collected after use, washed, and used repeatedly. In addition, conventionally, so-called ramune bottles had a special shape with two inward protrusions on the shoulder to prevent the ball from pressing against the gasket and preventing the liquid from flowing out when dispensing liquid. was.

Problems that the invention aims to solve When using the conventional sealing body described above, it is necessary to turn the bottle upside down and press the ball to the seal after filling the contents, as described above. Clean while transporting, fill with liquid,
This complicated the automation of the carbonated beverage production process for bottlers, which sealed the bottles, and prevented it from speeding up. In addition, conventional sealing methods and sealants are designed with the assumption that the bottles will be used repeatedly, but the inner surface of bottles with balls sealed in them can be damaged due to collisions with the balls during bottle cleaning, which can cause damage to the bottle. As a result, the strength was extremely reduced, and explosion accidents of Ramune bottles had been a frequent occurrence in the past. Furthermore, conventionally,
As mentioned above, it was necessary to use a so-called ramune bottle with a complicated shape.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, namely, the complicated and difficult steps such as turning the bottle upside down and returning it to its original position in the beverage filling process on the production line of carbonated beverage producers. This solution solves the problem of abolishing the process of recycling carbonated beverage bottles, which is dangerous. A spout member having an inner cylindrical wall whose wall and lower end are in pressure contact with the upper end of a packing member described later and having an engaging protrusion on the outer peripheral surface of the wall, and whose connecting upper end is a spout rim, and a spout member whose connected upper end is a spout rim; It has a flange part that spreads out, further has an engagement wall rising up from the part in a cylindrical shape, and has a protrusion on the inner circumferential surface of the wall that engages with the engagement protrusion on the outer circumferential surface of the inner cylinder wall. A plurality of cylindrical portions having the inner periphery of the lower end as a corner and a plurality of vertical slits extending vertically from the lower end to hold the sealing ball, each of which has a plurality of hanging portions whose lower ends slightly protrude inward. A packing member consisting of a skirt portion made up of pieces, the packing member having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion, a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the skirt portion, and a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the lower end portion of the hanging piece. The present invention relates to a sealing body for a carbonated beverage bottle, characterized in that the sealing body comprises a ball fitted into and held by the sealing body.

Function In the sealing body of the present invention, the packing member is a protrusion on the inner circumferential surface of the engagement wall that rises in a cylindrical shape from the upper end of the tube on the engagement protrusion provided on the outer circumferential surface of the inner cylinder wall of the spout member. By engaging the strips, if the ball is press-fitted from below into the lower skirt portion of the packing member or the lower end portion of the hanging piece, which has an inner diameter slightly smaller than the ball diameter, the inner diameter of the skirt portion will be larger than the ball diameter. The ball inserted into the skirt portion is held by the lower end portion. In this way, the three are integrated. This is pressed onto the mouth of a bottle filled with liquid from above all at once. In this case, since the ball is held by the packing member and is at or near the sealing position, the gas pressure within the bottle immediately brings it into pressure contact with the angle a of the lower end of the cylinder, and the sealing is completed. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to turn the bottle upside down, bring the ball at the bottom of the bottle to the bottle mouth, and press it. Further, as mentioned above, the method of use of the sealing body of the present invention is different from that of the conventional sealing body due to its structure.

In the case of the conventional sealing body shown in Fig. 4, a ball is placed in the bottle in advance, and immediately after pouring the beverage into the bottle, the bottle is turned upside down and the ball is allowed to sink, and the seal is sealed by the pressure inside the bottle. Since the bottle is sealed by crimping, the beverage is consumed by dropping the ball, and when it becomes an empty bottle with the ball inside, it can be collected, washed, and reused after going through the same process. In fact, it has been used repeatedly in this way.

In contrast, in the sealing body of the present invention, the spout member 1, the packing member 2, and the ball 3 are integrated in advance, and the ball 3 is mechanically press-fitted into the skirt portion. Therefore, after the ball 3 has been dropped, that is, the package has been opened and the beverage has been consumed, like the conventional closure described above,
Even if the bottle is filled with beverage and turned upside down, the gas pressure will not cause the ball to fit into the skirt again, so it cannot be sealed and the bottle cannot be used repeatedly. Due to the nature of glass, the strength of a bottle decreases dramatically after one use, but with this invention, the bottle becomes one-way.
Since only new bottles are used, the danger of explosions and the like due to repeated use of bottles is eliminated.

Although it is physically possible to remove the seal of the present invention from the bottle spout and reuse the bottle after use, this is not a problem at all from the viewpoint of cost and time.

Furthermore, in the case of the sealing body of the present invention, the lower skirt portion of the packing member is divided by vertical slits, so that when the bottle is tilted to dispense a beverage, the ball is pressed against the lower end of the skirt. However, since the beverage easily flows out through the slit, there is no need to use a conventional ramune bottle with a complicated shape.

Figures 1 and 2 are central vertical sectional views taken at the position of the slit in the skirt portion of the packing member. The sealing body of the present invention consists of a spout member 1, a packing member 2 and a ball 3. The spout member 1 has a cylindrical shape, and the upper ends of an outer cylinder wall 4 and an inner cylinder wall 5 are connected to form a spout edge 1a. bottle bead 1
There is a protrusion 6 on the inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder wall 4 extending to the position 5, which engages with a protrusion 8 provided on the outer periphery of the bottle opening 7. An engaging protrusion 9 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder wall 5. The packing member 2 consists of a cylindrical part 10 and a skirt part 11, and the cylindrical part 10 has a flange part 12 extending around its upper outer periphery, and a cylindrical engagement wall 13 is erected on this part. The engagement protrusion 13a on the inner circumferential surface engages with the protrusion 9 of the spout member. The skirt portion 11 has a cylindrical shape with four slits 16 provided at equal intervals, and is divided into four hanging pieces by these slits 16, and two hanging pieces 17 and 18 are shown in FIG. It is shown. The inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 10 is smaller than the diameter of the ball 3, the inner diameter of the skirt portion 11 is large enough to fit the ball 3, and the lower part 14 of each piece of the skirt portion protrudes slightly inward to hold the ball 3. I have it. Since the packing member 2 and the ball 3 have such a dimensional relationship, when the bottle is sealed, the ball 3 receives pressure in the direction of arrow A and is strongly pressed against the corner a of the inner lower edge of the cylindrical portion, and at this corner a. Complete sealing will take place. According to the present invention, by tilting the bottle when dispensing the content liquid, the ball 3 is moved to the lower skirt part 14.
Even if it is pressed against the lower end, the liquid easily flows out in the direction of the arrow through the slit 16 in the skirt. Therefore, it is necessary to use a conventional so-called ramune bottle, which has two concave portions, that is, inwardly protruding portions on the shoulder of the bottle, to prevent the ball from being pressed against the gasket member even when pouring liquid. There isn't.

The packing member 2 is placed on top of the packing member 2, and the spout member 1 is placed on top of the packing member 2, respectively. Of course, the spout member 1 is upside down.
Alternatively, the inverted packing member and ball may be crimped. In the other embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the four slits 19 are not provided along the entire length of the skirt portion 11, but are provided in the lower half of the skirt portion 11, and the four slits 19 are provided in the lower half of the skirt portion 11.
This shows the case where the image is divided into 9′, etc. In this way, in the present invention, the number of slits, their relative lengths, etc. can be freely set.

FIG. 5 shows an example in which the skirt portion of the packing member consists of 15 hanging pieces and the same number of slits, and the protrusions at the lower ends of each hanging piece 19 are connected by a band-shaped connecting piece 19a. In the present invention, depending on the shape elasticity of the packing member 2, etc., it is preferable to connect the lower ends of each hanging piece in a ring shape in this way to the extent that the outflow of liquid through the slit is not obstructed. There is also.

Effects of the invention According to the invention, like conventional ramune bottles, after filling the liquid, the liquid can be sealed inside the bottle by turning the bottle upside down, or by filling the liquid with the bottle upside down. This makes it possible to eliminate the most troublesome step in the bottling process, which is to bring the ball to the bottle opening, particularly to the lower end of the packing member, and press it against it.
