枠1が回転しているので、この回転力を利用して
余剰材料と分離水が常に搬出できる方向に角度調
整ができる。更に型枠1と型枠回転装置2の傾
斜、偏心によるセンターズレ、ブレがあると仕上
内面が段になりやすく、ブレたときに内面から離
れたり押えが不充分となり余剰材料と分離水が残
るのでエアーシリンダーA6バネ、ゴム等の弾力
性のあるものを支持軸上部(仕上頭体内)に取付
け常に一定の圧力で押さえることにより余剰材料
及び分離水を軸方向に搬送すると共に内面の凸凹
をならしながら滑らかな表面仕上が出来ることを

12にて位置決めをすることができる。仕上頭体
Aは余剰材料と分離水の搬出と滑らかな表面仕上
ができるように半円形ハケA1、半円形丸棒A
2,A4と半円形板A3を外側に取り付けてい
る。他の目的に応じた仕上状態(例えば、ザラザ
ラ面、ハケ目面、光沢面)にするため、半円形ハ
ケA1、半円形丸棒A2,A4と半円形板A3の
各々の取付け数を変更したり、又、他の半円形状
のもの(半円形の四角、六角、八角の多角棒、半
円形半割パイプ等)取付けることができる。仕上

外周曲率半径は、成形する各サイズの最大内径よ
りも大にしておく。
