Claims (1)
- 軸受によつて高速回転可能に支承されたシヤフ
トの軸端部にテーパ嵌合によつてロータを固定し
、そのテーパ嵌合部をなすシヤフト側のテーパ面
又はロータ側のテーパ面に凹欠部を設けた分子ポ
ンプにおいて、前記凹欠部をポンプ作用が営まれ
る領域に連通させるための貫通孔を前記ロータに
設けたことを特徴とする分子ポンプ。
