ル上のハーネスを内部に配設可能に被嵌係止され
、かつ、幅方向内側にフツク形状の折曲部を設け
た下面に開口部を有する長尺な枠状の取付体と、
支持片の先端にハーネス取付片を有し、かつ、支
持片をサイドシルに取付けてハーネス取付片を上
記取付体内に下面開口部から挿入配置すると共に
、支持片の一部に、取付体の内側折曲部の端縁部
が嵌入係止する係止溝を形成した突片を一体に突
設したクランプ部材と、上記サイドシルに取付固
定され、かつ、フロアカーペツトの端縁部を介し
て取付体を上方から押さえるスカツフプレートと
を具備することを特徴とするフロアカーペツトの
