における変速シフタにおいて、上記シフトレール
には切換アダプタを設け、かつシフトレールと変
速ギアとの中間位置にシフトプレートを枢着する
と共に、上記シフトプレートの両端部を各々切換
アダプタと変速ギアに連接し、シフトプレートの
回動作動により変速ギアの噛合、離脱を切換るべ
く構成したことを特徴とする移動農機における変
