(産業上の利用分野) 本考案は酒、ジユース等の液体飲料を内容物と
する液体紙容器に関する。 (従来技術) 近年、開口部にプラスチツク製口栓等の注出口
栓を取り付けた液体紙容器が酒、ジユース、乳飲
料等の使い捨てパツケージとして数多く実用化さ
れている。 このような現状の中で、内容物の保護を目的と
して、開口部に注出口栓を取り付けてもガスバリ
ヤー性が不完全な場合があり、注出口をカバーす
るアルミ箔を主体とするシート材を用いている。 しかしながら、ワイン、ジユース等の内容物に
おいてはライフサイクル延長の為、亜硫酸系の防
腐剤を使用する場合があり、イウオ酸化物(SO2
等)の発生によりアルミ箔が腐食してしまうとい
う欠点がある。そこでポリ塩化ビニリデン(以下
PVDCという)コートしたナイロン、ポリエチレ
ンテレフタレート(以下それぞれK−NY,K−
PETという)等を用いているが、特にワインを
内容物とした場合K−NY,K−PET等のPVDC
コート部が白化してしまう欠点があつた。 (考案が解決しようとする問題点) 本考案は上記問題点を解決するためになされた
ものであり、酒、特にワインを内容物とした場合
でもガスバリヤー性に優れた液体紙容器を提供す
るものである。 (問題点を解決するための手段) 本考案は前記した問題点を解決するために、容
器本体の開口部を密封部材で密封するとともに、
プラスチツク製口栓等の注出口栓を取り付けてな
る液体紙容器において、前記密封部材を珪素酸化
物の薄膜層を設けたプラスチツクフイルム層を主
体とした積層構成のシートで形成したことを特徴
とするものである。 (作用) 本考案によればイオウ酸化物(SO2等)が発生
しても珪素酸化物の薄膜層がアルミ箔のように腐
食したり、またK−NY,K−PETのようにコー
ト部分が白化したりすることがない。 (実施例) 図面を用いて本考案を詳細に説明すると、第1
図は本考案の一実施例を示す要部の説明断面図で
あり、容器本体Aの開口部A1にプラスチツク製
の口栓本体1にスクリユー式キヤツプ2を被冠し
てなる注出口栓Bを取付けたワインを内容物とし
た液体紙容器Sであり、前記開口部A1の内側よ
り200〜700〓の酸化珪素の薄膜層11を設けた
12μ厚のPETフイルム12にポリエチレン接着層
13を積層した密封部材Cを接着してなる液体容
器である。 ここで上記実施例においてPETフイルム12
の代りに例えばポリエチレンフイルムを用いても
よい。 次に以下の材質の酸素透過度の測定を実施して
ガスバリヤー性の確認を行なつたのでその結果を
