Abstract

PURPOSE:To mount each wall panel to the wall surface of a building safely and efficiently even in case necessary space can not be secured for installation of a crane in front of the building. CONSTITUTION:A track 6 is formed horizontally at the outside surface of a building 1, and a working position is provided beside the building 1. Each wall panel 5 mounted on a frame 7 equipped with a wheel 9 is horizontally moved along the track 6 from the working position to the position of mounting, and upon level adjustment using a level adjusting bolt, is secured together with the frame 7 to the building mass 12. Thereafter the wheel 9, etc., are removed.

[Prior Art] The panel construction method, in which wall panels produced in advance in a factory are sequentially attached to the frame of a building under construction, has been widely used. The installed crane lifts the wall panels one by one from the ground and secures them to the building structure. However, this conventional method requires a large space in front of the building to hang the wall panels, so construction cannot be carried out on the walls facing the railway tracks, such as buildings adjacent to railway tracks. There was a problem.

[0003] Therefore, in such cases, a method has been adopted in which the wall panels are pulled up in advance to the upper part of the building under construction, and then installed while being hung by a crane. However, if a wall panel were to fall onto railway tracks, it could cause a serious accident, so a safe construction method was needed.

[Means for solving the problem] The above problem is to move a wall panel whose panel body is attached to a wheeled frame horizontally from a working position to an installation position along a rail provided on the exterior of a building. This problem can be solved by a method of constructing wall panels that is characterized by fixing them to the building frame. The present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to illustrated embodiments.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 indicates a building under construction, and since there is a railway track 2 in close proximity to the front of the building, it is not possible to secure sufficient space for construction in front of the building. However, it is assumed that there is a small space near the end of the building 1 where a work position 3 for construction work can be secured. In the present invention, the work position 3 for this construction
In order to attach the wall panel 5 to the wall surface 4 on the railway track 2 side of the building 1, horizontal rails 6 are provided on the outer surface of the building 1, and the wall panel 5 is horizontally moved along the rails 6 to the mounting position.

The wall panel 5 has a panel main body 8 attached to a frame 7 with wheels 9 as shown in FIG. It is attached to the frame body 7 of the mold. Such a wall panel 5 is raised above the work position 3 for construction work in advance,
Insert it from the end of the rail 6 and run it horizontally to the installation position.

FIGS. 3, 4, and 5 show the wall panel 5 inserted into the rail 6. As shown in these figures, the rail 6 has two rails, upper and lower, in the embodiment. consists of a channel with a U-shaped cross section, and an angle on the lower side. And the wheels 9 of the wall panel 5 are on the upper rail 6.
However, since the center of gravity of the entire wall panel 5 is located outside of the wheels 9, the wall panel 5 rolls as it is.
will rotate counterclockwise on the drawing. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, spherical bearings 10 are provided at the lower part of the frame 7 of the wall panel 5 on both sides so as to sandwich the angle, which is the lower rail 6, so that the bearings 10 roll on the sides of the angle. The wall panel 5 is kept vertical. Moreover, such a structure prevents the wall panel 5 from falling off the rail 6 during movement.

In the above embodiment, the upper rail 6 is shaped upwardly in a U-shape to prevent it from falling off.
The wheel 9 is caused to roll while being engaged with the wheel 9, but as in the embodiment shown in FIG. It's okay.

Furthermore, the rails 6 do not necessarily have to be rail-shaped as long as they can move the heavy wall panel 5; for example, a wire rope or the like is connected to the rails 6.
It is also possible to do this.

In order to construct the wall panel 5 on the exterior surface of the building 1 using the construction method of the present invention, first, the rails 6 are attached to the exterior surface of the frame 12 of a specific floor of the building 1 under construction. As shown in FIG. 1, this rail 6 is provided horizontally in a series from the construction work position 3 to the intended installation position. In addition to this, a wall panel 5 is placed in advance on the work position 3 for construction.
shall be carried up. Then, the wall panels 5 are inserted one by one from the end of the rail 6 and moved along the rail 6. The wall panel 5 normally weighs about 200 to 300 kg, but since the wall panel 5 is equipped with wheels 9, it can be moved by hand.

When the wall panel 5 has been moved to the desired mounting position in this manner, the height adjustment bolt 13 is used to match the height of the wall panel 5 with the mounting member on the frame 12 side, and the frame 7 is It is attached to the frame 12 with bolts or the like. By repeating this, the wall panel 5 can be easily attached to the floor along the rail 6. Then, the wheels 9, spherical bearings 10, etc. are removed from the frame 12, and work can be started on the next floor.

In another embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a height adjustment bolt 13 is provided directly above the rail 6. Further, in the above embodiment, the rail 6 and the mounting portion on the frame body 12 side are separate bodies, but they can also be integrated.

As explained above, in the present invention, the rails 6 are attached to the outer surface of the building 1, and the wall panel 5 is moved horizontally along the rails 6 and fixed to the frame 12 at the mounting position. As long as the work position 3 for construction work can be provided near the side of the building 1, no space for construction work is required on the front side of the building 1. For this reason, even when the railway track 2 runs adjacent to the building 1 as in the embodiment, the wall panel 5 can be attached to the side surface of the building 1. In addition, in the present invention, since the wall panel 5 is moved horizontally along the rail 6, the risk of the wall panel 5 falling is extremely small compared to the conventional construction method in which the wall panel 5 is hung by a crane. Construction work can be carried out safely even in locations adjacent to 2nd grade railroad tracks.
