ータと前記回転槽および前記パルセータの接続は、クラ
ッチ機構にて実施し、また前記回転槽の制動をするブレ
ーキ機構が設けられ、前記脱水兼洗濯槽の水は排水路に
設けられた排水弁により排水される構造である。なおこ
れらの構成は周知の構造であるので図面は省略する。前
記排水弁、前記ブレーキ機構、前記クラッチ機構は図1
に示すように制御手段1と駆動装置2により制御される
モータアクチェータ3により連動駆動される。モータア
クチェータ3は交流同期型小型モータ4により回転力を
発生し、図2で示すソレノイド6にて断続されるクラッ
チ部5で断続された後、ギヤー減速機構7でトルク増強
し、出力プーリー8を回転させワイヤー10を駆動する
ものである。またギヤー減速機構7が規定数回転したこ
とを検知する2段式カムスイッチ9を有し、2段式カム
スイッチ9が動作した時点で制御手段1へ信号を送るも
のである。この2段式カムスイッチ9の1段目のカムが
動作した時点では排水弁の開度は小開であり、排水量は
少なく排水騒音も軽微である。また2段目のカムまで動
作させると排水弁は全開となり最大の排水量となる。し
たがってカムの形状を自由に設計することにより排水量
が設定できる。
