Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 誘電体基板上にマイクロストリツプラインを
    用いてマイクロ波回路を形成し、前記誘電体基板
    に透孔を穿ち、この透孔を跨ぐように導電金属か
    らなるストリツプ導体を配置するとともに前記マ
    イクロストリツプラインに回路接続し、前記透孔
    を含む前記誘電体基板の裏面全体を導電金属シヤ
    ーシに密着させて構成したことを特徴とするマイ
    クロ波回路構造。 ２ 裏面に導電金属膜が配置された誘電体基板上
    にマイクロストリツプラインを用いてマイクロ波
    回路を形成し、前記誘電体基板に透孔を穿ち、こ
    の透孔を跨ぐように導電金属からなるストリツプ
    導体を配置するとともに前記マイクロストリツプ
    ラインに回路接続し、前記透孔を塞ぐように前記
    誘電体基板の裏面の前記導電金属膜に導電金属板
    を配置接続して構成したことを特徴とするマイク
    ロ波回路構造。
