Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, FIG. 5, and FIG. 6, conventionally, the retaining balloon 3 was devised to inflate in a funnel shape, and the balloon 3 was made to protrude forward from the tip of the shaft 1. Tip of shaft 1 and bladder wall 8
1, or as shown in Figure 7,
A balloon catheter has been proposed in which two balloons 3, 30 are provided at symmetrical positions near the circumferential opening 21 of the shaft 1, and the balloons 3, 30 protrude forward from the distal end of the shaft 1, as described above.

In the case of Fig. 4, the balloon 3 is made thicker at the proximal outer portion 3a and thinner at other portions so that it swells into a funnel shape, but it is difficult to manufacture such a balloon. .

Also, when a tensile force is applied to pull the catheter outward, the inflated balloon 3 moves toward the inlet 82 of the bladder 8.
When the balloon 3 is pushed by the edge of the balloon 3, the diameter of the balloon 3 is reduced, and the inner wall 3b of the balloon 3 closes the opening of the shaft 1, preventing urination.

Furthermore, the distal annular portion 36 of the balloon 3 is attached to the bladder wall 8.
1, it was found through experiments that only the urine from the flesh side of the funnel-shaped balloon 3 is discharged, and the urine from the outside of the balloon 3 cannot be discharged.

5 and 6 are variations of FIG. 4, and
Fig. 5 shows an attempt to inflate the balloon 3 into a funnel shape by covering the proximal end of the balloon 3 with a short reinforcing tube 38, and Fig. 6 shows a reinforcing tube 38 at the proximal end of the balloon 3. In either case, the balloon 3 is difficult to manufacture and has the same problems as described above.

That is, if the balloon 3 is formed by going around the shaft 1 as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, a balloon cavity 31 for supplying fluid for inflating the balloon 3 is opened in advance on the circumferential surface of the shaft 1. Then, a thin rubber cylinder 34 that will become a balloon is tightly fitted onto the shaft 1 so as to close the opening 32.

Next, a latex liquid is applied between the end of the thin-walled cylindrical body 34 and the shaft 1, and the space between the end of the thin-walled cylindrical body 34 and the shaft 1 is airtightly closed, thereby easily forming the balloon 3.

However, in the case of Fig. 7, each balloon 3, 30
Since this method does not go around the shaft 1, there are many problems to be solved, such as how to form the balloons 3, 30 and how to communicate the balloon cavity 31 with the balloons 3, 30, and the method has not been implemented yet.

(Objective of the present invention) The present invention provides two balloons 3 and 4 having different purposes, a balloon 3 for preventing removal and a balloon 4 for preventing damage to the bladder wall, which are formed by going around the shaft 1 once. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a balloon catheter that does not damage the bladder wall 81 and can be mass-produced.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the balloon catheter of the present invention includes a balloon 4 for preventing bladder wall damage at the distal end of the shaft 1 by going around the distal end surface and circumferential surface, and each balloon 3 , 4 and the shaft 1 are covered with a thin layer of resin liquid 34, 45 that is integrated with the balloon and the shaft, and inside the shaft 1 there is a balloon that communicates with each balloon 3, 4 and supplies fluid to the balloon. Cavities 31, 41 are provided in the axial direction.

When the balloon 4 for preventing damage to the bladder wall at the most distal end of the shaft 1 is inflated, the tip of the shaft 1 is hidden by the balloon 4. As a result, during use, the tip of the shaft 1, which is harder than the balloon 4, will not hit the bladder wall 81 and will not damage the bladder wall 81.

Moreover, both the two balloons 3 and 4 go around the shaft 1, and therefore each balloon cavity 3
Thin rubber cylinders 33, 43 are fitted so as to cover the openings 32, 42 of the cylinders 1, 41, and a latex liquid is applied and solidified between the ends of the cylinders and the shaft 1. The balloons 3, 4 can be easily formed by sealing between the opening edge of the body and the shaft 1, and a thin layer of resin liquid is integrated with the balloon and the shaft at the joint between the balloons 3, 4 and the shaft 1. 35 and 45 overlap, the balloon will not separate from the shaft.
