Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute a light shave by allowing plural pieces of blade heads to follow well the skin by providing plural blade heads, and also, holding each blade head separately, and also, forming both ends in the inner blade reciprocating motion direction independently and ao as to be freely movable vertically by an outer blade frame. CONSTITUTION:When eccentric shafts 32, 34 are rotated by a motor 3, links 35, 36 allows driving pieces 41, 42 whose both ends are fixed to a fitting base 20 with a screw 59 and which are deflected easily only in one direction to execute a reciprocating motion. In this case, the eccentric shafts 32, 34 are provided in symmetrical positions for placing the rotation center of the motor 5 between them, and in the direction in which the motions of the driving pieces 41, 42 are opposed to each other to negate vibration. Also, blade heads 1, 1 in which each one end is attached to a supporting part 16, respectively are freely movable vertically without coming into contact with each other.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, reciprocating electric shavers equipped with a plurality of blade heads have been provided. With this type of product, you can shave multiple areas at the same time, but on the other hand, since there are multiple points of contact with the skin, the outer blade has to be attached in the same way as with a single blade head. If the blade simply allows for vertical movement by giving play to the blade, the ability to follow the skin would be poor, and the provision of multiple blade heads would likely be meaningless.

For this reason, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-227395 proposes a blade in which two blade heads rotate integrally. By rotating the double-edged head, the double-edged head is always in contact with the skin.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention] However, in this case, although the double-edged head is always in contact with the skin,
Since the skin is three-dimensional, the contact area of each blade head with the skin is often small, and the effect of simply providing a plurality of blade heads cannot be expected.

[Means for Solving the Problems] Accordingly, the present invention includes a plurality of blade heads, and each blade head is individually held on an outer blade frame so that both ends of the inner blade reciprocating direction can move up and down independently. It is characterized by the fact that it is According to the present invention, the plurality of blade heads not only move up and down individually, but also move up and down by different amounts at both ends of the reciprocating direction of the inner cutter. When pressed against the skin, each blade head moves to maintain maximum contact area with the skin.

The drive elements 41 and 42 are driven by the motor 3 in the following manner. That is, an eccentric shaft 32 is protruded from the output shaft of the motor 3 through a base 31, and a pin 4 protruding from the eccentric shaft 32 and a driver 41
6 are connected by a link 35. In addition, the eccentric shaft 3
A base 33 is fixed to the upper end of 2, and a pin 47 protruding from a driver 42 is connected to an eccentric shaft 34 further protruding from the base 33 by a link 36. When both eccentric shafts 32 and 34 rotate, the link 35
, 36 are fixed at both ends to the mounting base 20 with screws 39, and are made to reciprocate by driving elements 41 and 42, which are easily flexible in one direction. At this time, the eccentric shafts 32 and 34 are placed at symmetrical positions sandwiching the rotation center of the motor 3, that is, at 180 degrees.
The driving elements 41 and 42 move in opposite directions, that is, the phases of the reciprocating movements of the driving elements 41 and 42 differ by 180 degrees, so that their vibrations are canceled out.

On the other hand, the holding frame 15 is attached to the frame 18 by locking the hooks 17 at both ends in locking recesses 180 provided on the inner walls at both ends of the frame 18. It can be easily removed from the frame 18 by pushing in the hook 17, and in addition to the hook 17, there are spring pieces 150 at both ends to increase the elasticity of the hook 17.
and a support portion 16 for supporting the double-edged heads 1, 1, respectively. These support portions 16 include a pair of elastic pieces 160 that are vertically spaced apart and extend substantially parallel to each other;
It consists of a connecting part 161 that connects the tips of both elastic pieces 160, and a locking boss 162 is formed integrally with this connecting part 161 and located between the upper and lower elastic pieces 160. Each blade head 1 has a locking boss 1 in a locking hole 11 on both end faces of the carrier 10.
62 is inserted into the holding frame 15.

Due to the presence of the upper and lower elastic pieces 160, the connecting part 161 can be moved up and down, and the blade head 1, each of which has one end attached to the supporting part 16 constructed in this way, The double-edged heads 1 and 1 are movable up and down approximately parallel to each other, and therefore do not come into contact with each other, and the double-edged heads 1 and 1 are movable up and down individually as shown in Fig. 3. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4(b), each blade head 1 can be in a state in which the vertical positions of both longitudinal ends thereof are different. For this reason, when the double-edged heads 1, 1 are pressed against the skin, each blade head 1, 1 moves up and down and tilts according to the undulations of the skin, so the contact area between each blade head 1 and the skin is always constant. The posture of each blade head 1 is changed so as to be the maximum.

[0017]The fact that the support portions 16 that allow the blade head 1 to move up and down elastically in this manner are disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the blade head 1 does not merely allow the blade head 1 to tilt freely. First, since it has a support structure that does not take up width in the lateral direction, it can be made thin. Note that the support portion 16 is in a no-load state, that is, in a state in which it is not pressed against the skin and the inner cutter 13 receiving the upward biasing force from the push-up spring 44 is not in contact with the inner surface. In the state shown in Figure 2, the range in which the support part 16 can move up and down is α upward and β downward, but both are set so that α<β, and When the blade 13 touches and is pushed up, the support part 16 moves upward by the amount α, and when pressed against the skin, it can sink downward by a maximum of α+β. This is the elastic piece 160 in the support part 16.
This is because the load applied to the elastic piece 160 is made as small as possible to prevent fatigue from occurring in the elastic piece 160.

The holding frame 15 also has a pair of guide ribs 151 and 15 on its inner surface that restrict the movement of the blade head 1 in the longitudinal direction by engagement with the guide boss 101 of the blade head 1.
1 and a locking rib 152 that positions the holding frame 15 with respect to the frame 18 by engaging with a locking protrusion 181 provided on the frame 18, and a center rib that connects both ends in the longitudinal direction at the upper part. It is equipped with 153. This center rib 153 has a thick cross section at both ends, so that when a strong force is applied to the blade head 1 from the lateral direction, both end walls of the carrier 10 touch both ends of the center rib 153. It supports the carrier 10 and prevents contact between the carriers 10 and damage to the outer cutter 12.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, not only a plurality of blade heads individually move up and down, but also each blade head makes a different amount of up and down movement at both ends of the reciprocating direction of the inner cutter. When multiple blade heads are pressed against the skin, each blade head moves to maintain the maximum contact area with the skin, and for this reason, the advantage of having multiple blade heads is that The multiple blade heads follow the skin well for a light shave.
