(Summary of the invention) In this invention, in order to eliminate unnecessary downward movement of the handle and the actuator, as well as to prevent the handle from moving inadvertently in the rotational direction, the actuator attached to the handle is moved by a spring. In a small tilting switch that is pushed up by a push rod and whose actuator is tiltably locked to a sleeve provided above the housing, the sleeve 5-2 has flat parts on both sides, and the handle 6 has flat parts. A hanging portion 6-3 is provided on both sides of the center, and the inner surface of the hanging portion 6-3 faces the flat portion, and when an unnecessary downward external force is applied to the handle 6, the handle 6 A stopper 6-4 is provided on the switch body 5 to eliminate long-term fatigue of the spring that applies pressing force to the push rod, and to prevent the handle from rotating inadvertently. and obtain a long-life compact tilting switch.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 7, the operating section of a wave switch has an upper end of an actuator D protruding from a sleeve B at the upper part of the switch housing A, and a handle C at the inner center of the switch housing A. A hole C-1 is provided in the mounting portion of the actuator D provided in the holder, and the upper end of the actuator D is fitted into the hole C-1. Further, a hole is provided in the lower part of the actuator D in the axial direction thereof, and a push rod is provided in the hole via a spring (see FIG. 1 for that part). The lower end surface C of the attachment part of the actuator D on the handle C
There is a considerable distance between C-2 and the upper surface of the sleeve B or between the lower end C-3 of both sides of the handle C and the upper surface of the housing A.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) As described above, between the lower end surface C-2 of the attachment part of the actuator D in the handle C and the upper surface of the sleeve B, or between the lower end C-3 of both sides of the handle C. Housing A
Because there is a considerable distance between the handle and the top surface, if an excessive external force is applied to the handle due to an object falling onto the handle, or coming into contact with an object, etc., the lower part of the actuator A strong stress is applied to the spring, and the spring becomes fatigued. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 8, if an excessive external force, that is, an excessive operating force F is applied when operating the handle C, the force Fv causes the handle C and the actuator D to A force is applied in the vertical direction, causing the handle C and the actuator D to descend. Due to this lowering of the actuator D, an unnecessary compressive force is applied to the spring provided at the lower part of the actuator D. The compressive force of the spring does not contribute to the opening and closing of the switch. This phenomenon occurs every time the switch is operated excessively downward, and the spring is subjected to a durability test. Such excessive and repeated stress on the spring causes the spring to become fatigued, and as a result, the compressive force of the spring gradually weakens, resulting in a poor operating feel of the switch.

On the other hand, in a switch having a general seesaw mechanism, the spring has the function of directly applying contact pressure to the switch. Therefore, due to the fatigue of the spring described above, the contact pressure of the switch decreases, resulting in unstable contact. For example, there was a problem in which a switch with a capacity of 6 amperes (A) had a capacity of only 3 amperes (A), which is about half that, resulting in a decrease in performance.

Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 9, conventionally, when the switch body is directly attached to a printed circuit board and the handle is not protected by the panel board of the device, it is difficult to avoid objects directly on the handle. If force is applied from the side unexpectedly, remove the handle C.
Since it is made of synthetic resin, the side surface C-3 of the handle C opens laterally, as shown in FIG. 10, and there is a problem in that the handle rotates.

In view of this situation, the present invention prevents the handle and the actuator from descending by providing an abutment part that causes the handle to abut against the switch body when unnecessary downward external force is applied to the handle. To provide a small tilting switch which prevents fatigue of a spring in an actuator, eliminates movement of a handle in the rotational direction, has a good operating feeling, has a long life and is highly reliable.

In the figure, 1 is a base, 2 is a terminal, 3 is a receiving piece, 4 is a movable contact piece, and 5 is a switch body, and this switch body 5 includes a housing 5-1 and a sleeve 5-2. Reference numeral 6 denotes a handle, and the handle 6 includes an upper surface 6-1, a side surface 6-2, a hanging portion 6-3 extending from the side surface 6-2, and a lower surface of the hanging portion, which abuts against the upper surface of the switch body 5. A blocking part 6-4, a mounting hole 6 for the mounting part of the actuator 7 provided at the center of the inner surface of the handle.
-5 etc. Reference numeral 7 denotes an actuator in which an enlarged portion 7-1 is formed. 8 is a push rod, 9 is a spring, these are provided in the hole at the bottom of the actuator 7,
The enlarged portion 7-1 of the actuator 7 abuts against and is supported by the narrowed portion of the inner surface of the sleeve 5-2. Therefore, when the handle 6 is operated by applying an excessively downward operating force, the handle 6 is tilted with the abutment part 6-4 abutting against the upper surface of the housing 5-1, and the movable contact piece 4 The circuit seesaws around the center and switches the circuit. In the state in which switching is performed, the push rod 8 is pressed by the compressive force of the spring 9, and the movable contact piece 4 is pressed against the fixed contact piece by the push rod 8 to maintain the contact state. With this structure, if an excessive downward operating force is applied, the blocking portion 6-4 provided on the handle 6 will be blocked by the upper surface of the housing 5-1, causing the handle 6 and the actuator to be blocked. 7 will not go down unnecessarily.

In addition, in the conventional type, when an excessive external force is applied to the handle due to an object falling onto the handle or coming into contact with an object, strong stress is applied to the spring below the actuator, causing the spring to will be tiring, but
It goes without saying that this can be avoided in the present invention.

Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10,
Conventionally, there were accidents where the handle rotated, but in the present invention, the hanging portions 6-3 of the handle 6 are provided on both sides of the sleeve 5-2, so
The durability against the rotational force of the handle 6 is increased, and the risk of the above-mentioned accident is eliminated.

In addition, under the normal operation state of the handle, that is, when no excessive downward operating force is applied, the stopper provided on the handle is close to the switch body and can be smoothly operated. It turns out.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above in detail, according to the invention, (1) Excessive downward external force on the handle, such as falling or contacting an object with the handle or excessive downward movement of the handle; Since the lowering of the handle and the actuator due to the operating force of the sleeve is prevented, deterioration of the elastic force of the spring in the actuator can be prevented, and the handle is configured to have hanging parts facing both sides of the sleeve. As a result, the handle is highly durable against careless force from the side of the handle, and there is no risk of injury if the handle rotates. In addition, the hanging portion can perform a good guide function for the handle in conjunction with the fact that both sides of the sleeve are flat.
