Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase dielectric strength considerably and to miniaturize the circulator by packing a part between an inner conductor and an outer conductor of the circulator of tri-plate structure with a 1st dielectric body with high dielectric strength such as Teflon. CONSTITUTION:A ditch is provided on an outer conductor 8 made of a dielectric body 6 such as Teflon (trade name of Du Pont, U.S.) being a tetrafluoroethylene polymer is packed by a dielectric body 9 densely. 離が短くても十分な耐電力が得られる為に、小型化がで
きる効果がある。
