(Problem that the invention attempts to solve) However, the conventional urethane integral foam type mentioned above,
Since the mold is clamped with the core material set in the upper mold, if the mold surface of the lower mold is constricted at the periphery of the opening and the core material is larger than the opening of the lower mold, the core There was a problem that the material and the lower mold interfered and the mold could not be clamped, limiting the range of application.
Even in this case, inserting only the core material into the lower mold itself can be done by inserting the core material from the opening of the lower mold while tilting it appropriately, or by making the periphery of the opening of the lower mold into a split mold and inserting the core material into the lower mold. This is possible by opening the split mold and inserting the core material.

As a feature of the present invention, a plurality of rods 12, .
is provided. As shown in detail in FIGS. 2 to 4, the rod 12 is made of a circular tube member,
It is provided so as to be slidable in the vertical direction with respect to the upper mold 2 via a bush 13. This rod 1
A locking member 14 is fitted to the lower end of the mold 2 (an end protruding from the mold surface 2 of the upper mold 2), and a lock pin 15 is slidably inserted through the rod 12. At the tip of the locking member 14, a locking portion 14a is formed by cutting out a plurality of notches 20, 20, . . . at approximately equal intervals in the circumferential direction. When the lock pin 15 is pushed down inside the rod 12, a pressing portion 15a formed at the lower end thereof is attached to the locking portion 14.
When it comes into contact with the aperture abutment surface 14b of a, the diameter expands and is engaged with an engaging portion 11a formed on the core material 11.

Further, a collar member 16 is attached to the upper end of the rod 12, and the rod 12 is attached to the outer periphery of the rod 12 between the collar member 16 and the upper end of the bush 13 so that the rod 12 can be moved upwardly through the collar member 16. A coil spring 17 is disposed to provide a biasing force. Incidentally, a threaded portion 13a is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the bush 13,
The bush 13 is screwed and fastened to the upper die 2 at the threaded portion 13a, and a nut 18 is threaded into the threaded portion 13a of the bush 13. Therefore, the nut 18 is screwed into the bush 13. The adjustment allows the vertical position of the rod 12 relative to the upper die 2 to be variably adjusted when the coil spring 17 is in an uncompressed state (that is, a state in which the rod 12 is not urged upward).

Further, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but includes various other modifications. For example, in the above embodiment, the locking member 14 having the locking portion 14a that can be locked to the engaging portion 11a of the core member 11 is separately provided at the lower end of the rod 12. It may also be provided integrally at the lower end of the rod 12. Further, the locking portion 14a is not limited to the structure in which the diameter is enlarged and locks to the core material 11 as in the embodiment, but other conventionally known locking structures may be used. The point is that the rod 12, which has a locking portion 14a at its lower end that can be locked to the core material 11, is provided on the upper mold 2 so as to be slidable in the vertical direction.
