左開閉腕と右開閉腕の夫々の対向基端部の反対片側に左
半分軸筒と右半分軸筒を突設し、この左半分軸筒と右半

右取付盤を有し互いに半分ずつで合わされて一本の軸を
形成する半分軸杆を前記取付軸筒の左側と右側から圧入
して左開閉腕と右側開閉腕を屈曲自在に枢着し、左開閉
腕と右開閉腕の対向基端部の両縁部に左開閉腕と右開閉
腕が水平になったとき互いに突き合わさる突き合わせ縁
を設け、この突き合わせ縁に左開閉腕と右開閉腕が水平
になったとき係合して水平状態を維持する雌雄の係合凸
部と係合凹部を設け、左開閉腕と右開閉腕を屈曲したと
き略平行状態になるまで降下屈曲するように設け、左開
閉腕と右開閉腕とに柔軟性のある山形状の吊板を架設し
、この吊板の中間に懸架具を付設したことを特徴とする
