In recent years, as houses have become more airtight, it has become necessary to quickly remove contaminated air from smoking and combustion from heaters, prevent condensation in the winter, and increase the durability of houses. It is becoming increasingly necessary to ventilate the room to prevent the generation of mold, etc. For this reason, in recent years, ventilation devices have been installed in kitchens, washrooms, etc., as well as living rooms and other rooms. Moreover, ventilation systems for rooms such as living rooms are increasingly being equipped with electric fans. Such ventilation devices are equipped with dampers that can be opened and closed to prevent rainwater from entering.

However, in conventional ventilation systems equipped with an electric fan, the damper is configured to open and close in conjunction with the electric fan, such as opening the damper by blowing air with the electric fan. the result,
When electric fans are turned off, ventilation tends to be insufficient, which tends to contaminate the room air and cause condensation.
Furthermore, when an electric fan is constantly operated, energy loss occurs due to unnecessary operation.

The present invention includes an electric fan in a wall opening of a room that can ventilate room air through the wall opening, a damper that opens and closes the wall opening, and an operating rod that opens and closes the damper by pushing and pulling. This ventilator is provided with an abutment part on the operating rod that can contact the switch and turn on the electric fan by rotating the operating rod in a push/pull position where the damper is opened.

The wall opening 2 is formed in a horizontally long rectangular shape, and the electric fan 3 has a fan 22 rotated by a motor inserted into a circular hole provided in a rectangular frame 21 whose side length is approximately equal to the height of the opening 2. In this example, as the electric fan 3, a so-called motor fan used for air cooling OA equipment and the like is used. This kind of motor fan is
By being thin, lightweight, and low noise, it can reduce noise in the room and improve livability. It is also preferable to ventilate the room about three times per hour. When ventilation exceeds three times per hour, it is easy to feel cold, especially during winter heating, and energy loss also increases. Furthermore, when the ventilation frequency is less than 3 times per hour, there is not much difference from natural ventilation and the ventilation efficiency is inferior. Therefore, for example, in the case of a 6-tatami room with a volume of 23.3 m 3 , the air volume should be approximately 70 m 3 /hour. Such an air volume can be easily obtained by using a motor fan with a side length of about 6 to 12 cm.

Further, as shown in detail in FIG. 3, the operating rod 56 includes a push-pull portion 65 having a head having a fitting portion 63 that fits into the fitting portion 61 at the tip of the shaft portion 64, and a push-pull portion 65 into which the shaft portion 64 is fitted. The operating portion 66 has a cylindrical portion that can be rotated, and the tip of the operating portion 66 has the shaft portion 64
An L-shaped groove 69 is provided in which the protrusion 67 is inserted, and a key-shaped locking part 70 whose length exceeds the amount of movement of the pivot point X is provided on the indoor side in the longitudinal direction.
will be established. Further, when the protruding piece 67 is inserted into the circumferential portion of the L-shaped groove 69 and the operating rod 56 is pushed in until the damper 4 is folded and the vent 44 is opened, the locking portion 70 engages with the mounting plate. It is formed in a size that allows it to pass through the notch 72 of the through hole 36 of No. 11 to the outdoor side. Note that when the operating rod 56 is pulled out to the open state of the damper 4 that closes the vent 44, the locking portion 70 fits into the notch 72 and prevents the operating portion 66 from rotating. In addition, the switch S, when the operating rod 56 is pushed in,
When the operation part 66 is rotated, the electric fan 3 can be turned on by coming into contact with the locking part 70 and operating. In this embodiment, the locking part 70 comes into contact with the switch S and the electric fan 3 is turned on. 3 is formed.

Therefore, by pulling the operating rod 56 indoors, the damper 4 closes the vent 44. Also, the ventilation port 44 is opened by the pushing operation. Further, in this state, the electric fan 3 is off, and therefore the damper 44 can open the wall opening 2 even when the electric fan 3 is turned off. Next, by rotating or rotating the operating portion 66, the switch S is activated and the electric fan 8 is rotated.

The louver 12 has a box shape with a peripheral wall around the base and covers the mounting plate 11 together with the electric fan 3, and has a through hole 77 from which the operating rod 56 projects and a large number of ventilation holes 79 in the center of the base. The louver 12 can be easily attached and detached by providing support pieces 80 on the outdoor side that fit into the protrusions 37 provided above and below the mounting plate 11, as shown in FIG. Can be installed as possible.

The operating portion 66 of the operating rod 56 protrudes indoors beyond the through hole 77, and the flange-shaped sensing portion 83 provided on the operating portion 66 is close to the outer surface of the louver 12 when the damper 4 is in the folded state. However, by separating the damper 4 when the damper 4 is opened, the detection section 83 can detect whether the damper 4 is open or closed.

Therefore, by pulling the operating rod 56 of the opening/closing device 6, the damper 4 closes the vent 44 and the wall opening 2, as described above. In such a state, the engagement between the locking portion 70 and the notch 72 causes the operation portion 66 to close.
rotation is prevented. Next, the actuating rod 56 is pushed to cause the damper 4 to bend around the hinge point Y into the folded state, thereby opening the wall opening 2.
In this state, the electric fan 3 is stopped. Also, at this time, the locking part 70 is removed from the notch 72 toward the outdoors, so the operating part 66 can be rotated, and the locking part 70 forming the contact part 8 turns on the switch S and turns on the electric fan 3. I can drive. In this way, the wall opening 2 can be opened even when the electric fan 3 is turned off.

Further, the operating rod 56 of the opening/closing tool 7 has a push/pull portion 65.
and an operating section 66 are formed to be bendable up and down, and a key-shaped locking section 7 provided on the operating section 66
0 can be removed from the notch 72 of the through hole 36 when the operating rod 56 is pushed toward the outdoors.
Further, by extending the through hole 36 downward, the operating portion 66 can be bent downward in the pushed state, and as the operating rod 56 rotates due to the bending, the lower surface of the operating portion 66 is brought into contact with the mounting plate. The electric fan 3 can be turned on by operating the switch S provided in the electric fan 11. Therefore, in this embodiment, the lower surface of the operating portion 66 forms the contact portion 8 that can turn on the electric fan. The mounting plate 11 is provided with a holding fitting 87 made of a U-shaped spring that can hold the operating section 66 in the bent state. In this manner, also in this embodiment, the electric fan 3 can be turned over, and the wall opening 2 can be opened when the electric fan 3 is in the OFF state.

In the ventilation system of the present invention, one electric fan can be used, and the screw shaft 3 described above can be used as a mounting device for the electric fan 3 and the fan frame 15.
2. Instead of using the stud bolt 85, a so-called clip-like holding device that can be operated with one touch can be used.

As mentioned above, the ventilator of the present invention can open the wall opening using the damper even when the electric fan is stopped, allowing natural ventilation, which enables ventilation according to the state of the room air and improves ventilation efficiency. At the same time, continuous operation can be prevented and energy loss can be prevented. In addition, the opening/closing tool has an operating rod that can open and close the damper by pushing and pulling and turn on the electric fan by rotating.By making this operating rod perform two different operations, one operating rod can open and close the damper and turn on the electric fan. Since the fan can be turned on and off, ventilation operations can be simplified and the usability of the device can be improved.

Furthermore, when a so-called small motor fan is used as the electric fan, it can be made lighter and smaller, it can be installed in a so-called louver provided in a living room, and it can also reduce noise.
