【考案の詳細な説明】

この考案は樋吊り金具、特に長孔および蝶ナツ

を調整し得るようになした樋吊り金具に係るもの

（従来の技術）
従来、この種の樋吊り金具としては第３図に示
すような両端部に樋耳保持部を有し建屋側端部の
水平部分にボルト挿通孔を有する軒樋吊り具本体
に、一端部に軒先固定部を有し他端部に長手方向
に沿う長孔を有する逆Ｌ字状に曲折された帯金か
らなる軒先固定具を、ボルト挿通孔と長孔とが連
通するように重ね合わせて両孔にボルトを挿通し
て蝶ナツトにて締付け固定してなるものが一般に

使用されているために施工後、経時変化に伴いこ
の根角部分が折損し軒樋ごと脱落すると言う弊害
が頻々と生じ、またこれら樋吊り金具は予め軒先
固定具を釘着等により軒先に固定した後、軒の出
に合わせて軒樋吊り具本体の位置を調整し、蝶ナ
ツトを締付けた後樋耳保持部に軒樋耳縁を吊設す
ることにより取付けられ、しかも蝶ナツトの締付
けが通常指先にて行われるために思い切り締付け
ても吊設後における軒樋の位置調整に際し軒樋吊
り具本体が回動し、この結果、軒樋の蛇行を来す
等作業性や美観性の低下をも合わせ余儀なくされ

帯金からなる軒先固定具を、ボルト挿通孔と長孔
とが連通するように重ね合わせて上記両孔にボル
トを挿通して蝶ナツトにて締付け固定してなる樋
吊り金具において、中央部分に六角ボルトの頭部
を固定すべき固定孔を穿設するとともに両側部に
上記重ね合わせ部分を挟着すべき挟着片を形成し
てなる固定板を該固定孔とボルト挿通孔とが互い
に連通するように上記軒樋吊り具本体の水平部分
の下面に固定するとともに該固定孔、ボルト挿通
孔および長孔に六角ボルトを下方より上方に向け
て挿通して蝶ナツトにて締付け固定せしめること

の曲折により両側端部にコ字状に曲折された樋耳
保持部２を形成するとともに該建屋側端部の樋耳
保持部２の水平部分３にボルト挿通孔４を穿設し
てなるものであり、５は帯金を逆Ｌ字状に曲折し
て形成された軒先固定具であつて、一端部に面打
ち用の軒先固定部６を形成するとともに他端部側
に長手方向に沿う長孔７を穿設してなるものであ
り、８は軒樋吊り具本体１の水平部分３の下面に
固定された固定板であつて、中央部分に後述する
六角ボルトの頭部を固定すべき固定孔９を穿設す
るとともに両側部に上記重ね合わせ部分を挟着す
る挟着片１０を形成してなるものであり、１１は
固定孔９、長孔７およびボルト挿通孔４に下方よ
り上方に向けて挿通された六角ボルトであつて、
第４図に示すように六角形の頭部１２に螺子部１
３を突設してなるものであり、１４は六角ボルト
１１に螺着して軒樋吊り具本体１、軒先固定具５
および固定板８を締付け固定するための蝶ナツト

（考案の効果）
以上より明らかなように、この考案の樋吊り金

部分を挟着すべき挟着片を形成してなる固定板を
該固定孔とボルト挿通孔とが互いに連通するよう
に上記軒樋吊り具本体の水平部分の下面に固定す
るとともに該固定孔、ボルト挿通孔および長孔に
六角ボルトを下方より上方に向けて挿通して蝶ナ
ツトにて締付け固定せしめてなる構成よりなるた
め、経時変化に伴うボルトの腐食による軒樋の脱
落が防止せしめられ、また取付け後に軒樋の位置
調整を行うも座金の挟着片により軒樋吊り具本体
の回動が阻止されるために従来品にみられる軒樋
の蛇行等に伴う作業性や美観性の低下も合わせ防
