の際のノイズを低減させるためのものであり、小型で記
憶容量の高い磁気ディスク装置が求められて記録密度が
高められてくると、磁気ヘッド3に対するノイズ対策が

によりシールド板7と支持部材5との間に膨張率の差に
よる変形力が作用したとしても、前記接着剤9は柔軟性
があるため歪を吸収し、支持部材5は変形しない。よっ
て、温度変化による磁気ヘッド3のオフトラックを抑制
