係止爪を上記凹凸条方向へ傾斜又は湾曲延出さ
せ、その延出端の係合突部を上記凹凸条に弾撥係
合させて構成し、上記問題点を解決したのであ
る。

てドラグノブ11の弛緩回動を防止するようにし
たので、ドラグノブ11を進退して制動力を強弱
に調整する際、上記係止爪13は上記ドラグノブ
の進退に追従して凹凸条12と弾撥係合されるこ
とによつて、制動力を強くする場合はもとより、
