Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce movable stroke of a system which separates workpieces by constituting the device in such a way that a workpiece at the lowest step is forcedly descended by holding lower face of a workpiece at the step next to the lowest step to be separated by a hold claw and displacing a separation claw downward. CONSTITUTION:A hold claw 12 and a separation claw 13 which constitute workpiece separation members are positioned at the position which faces a workpiece l at the lowest step in a workpiece stack section, and the workpiece separation members consisting of a pair of them are displaced in the direction where they are close each other in this condition. This arrangement enables the hold claw 12 and the separation claw 13 to about on the outer peripheral face of the workpiece 1 at the lowest step. The workpiece 1 is pressed in the direction of plate face and its shape is deformed in such a way that it becomes elliptical by continuing travel of the workpiece separation members. Then, when the separation claw 13 is lowered, the workpiece 1 at the lowest step follows this action and is pulled downward, and the workpiece 1 at the lowest step is separated from other workpieces.

[Prior Art] For example, when assembling a clutch plate, a large number of workpieces are stacked, one by one is separated from the bottom and taken out and assembled to a predetermined member. To separate the workpieces, conventionally, a sliding method has been generally used in which a sliding plate is provided that slides in the horizontal direction, and the workpieces are separated one by one by this sliding plate.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention 1] However, if the workpieces are separated by the above-mentioned sliding method, it is necessary to secure a space for the horizontal movement stroke of the sliding plate, and There are drawbacks such as the need to position the workpiece at a predetermined position after cutting, and the structure of the workpiece separation mechanism becomes large. In particular, in the case of the clutch plate mentioned above, since it is necessary to combine multiple types of workpieces, it is necessary to supply multiple workpieces, and each workpiece supply section has a separate sliding mechanism. If the workpiece separation mechanism is made to have a large diameter, the structure of the workpiece separation mechanism becomes extremely complicated and large in size.

In addition, there is usually an oil film attached to the surfaces of the clutch plates, etc., which causes them to adhere extremely tightly to each other, and in this state, the lowest workpiece, which is receiving the full load of the stacked workpieces, is forcibly removed. Separating the workpiece by cutting it off also causes the inconvenience of applying unreasonable force to the workpiece, causing deformation.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a method for separating and taking out the works one by one from the bottom of a work stack section in which works made of annular thin plate members are stacked.
A pair of left and right workpiece separation members that can be reciprocated in the horizontal direction are provided, and the workpiece separation members include at least a holding claw that is fixedly provided thereon and that can come into contact with the lower surface of the workpieces from the lowest stage to the next stage. It is movable in the vertical direction, and when the work separation member is displaced toward the work stack section, the workpiece on the lowest stage is pushed in the direction of the plate surface and moved downward, thereby removing the workpiece on the lowest stage. Its feature is that it is equipped with a separation claw that separates the device from the others by pulling it down.

[Function] First, the holding claw and separation claw constituting the work separation member are positioned at a position facing the lowest one in the work stack section, and in this state, the pair of work pieces tS are moved in a direction close to each other. Displace. As a result, the holding claw and the separating claw come into contact with the outer circumferential surface of the workpiece at the lowest stage. Then, by continuing to move the workpiece separating member, the workpiece is pressed in the direction of the plate surface and deformed into a shape close to that of an ellipse. Thereafter, when the separating claw is lowered, the workpiece at the lowest stage follows this movement and is pulled down, thereby separating the workpiece at the lowest stage from the others. Further, at this time, the holding claw comes into contact with the lower surface of the workpiece one above the lowest stage, and holds the stacked workpieces.

In this way, when separating the workpiece at the lowest stage in the work stack section, the workpiece at the lowest stage is forcibly lowered while holding the workpiece at the next stage. Almost no load is applied to the work to be separated. Therefore, separation of the workpieces can be performed smoothly.

Also, since the workpiece is moved directly below,
If the workpiece stack section is positioned in advance, there is no need to reposition the separated workpieces. Therefore, if a member to be attached is installed directly below the work tank portion, the separated workpieces will be attached to this member by displacing the separating claws in a direction in which they are separated from each other.

Here, the holding claw and separation claw may be arranged at approximately the same height position, or the separation claw may be arranged below the holding claw by a dimensional force equal to half the thickness of the workpiece. When these holding claws and separating claws come into contact with the workpiece, the holding claws come into contact at a position between the lowest workpiece and the next workpiece, while the force release claws come into contact with the middle part of the workpiece in the thickness direction. come into contact with With this, when separating the workpieces, the separation claws can reliably push the workpieces in the horizontal direction. Moreover, at the same time, the holding claws are displaced along the lower surface of the next workpiece to hold it. As a result, the workpieces can be separated more smoothly.

Moreover, if a pushing force is applied to the workpiece in the direction of the plate surface and the workpiece is deformed, there will be a step difference between the lowest workpiece and the workpiece above it on the inner circumferential side of the workpiece in the workpiece stack section. It will happen. Therefore, an inner circumferential separation claw that engages with this stepped portion is provided, and the inner circumference separation claw is lowered in synchronization with the separation claw so that the deviation is corrected by pulling down the inner and outer circumferential portions of the lowest workpiece. This makes it possible to separate the workpieces more smoothly and reliably.

In this state, the workpiece holding member 4 is separated from the workpiece stack section 2, and the displacement of the workpiece separation member 10 is further continued. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4(b), the lowermost workpiece 1a is pushed radially inward from the contact portion with the workpiece separation member 10, and is deformed into an elliptical shape. This pushing movement of the lowermost workpiece 1a is performed by the separating claw 1.
3, the holding claw 12 follows the deformation of the lowermost workpiece 1a, moves along the lower surface of the next workpiece 1b, and holds the next workpiece 1b and the subsequent workpieces. Become so. Further, at this time, the inner peripheral edge portion of the lowermost workpiece 1a is displaced inwardly than the other workpieces, and a step is created in this portion.

Therefore, instead of cutting the workpiece horizontally, the workpiece is separated by pulling it straight downward without changing its position horizontally, which saves space and reduces the workpiece separation equipment. It becomes possible to make the configuration smaller and more compact. Therefore, even when a plurality of types of workpieces are separated and sequentially mounted on the lifter, the scale of the apparatus configuration does not become too large.

Further, if an oil film is formed on the surface of the workpiece 1 and the upper and lower workpieces are in extremely close contact with each other, they cannot be easily separated. Moreover, if an extremely large number of works 1 are stacked in the work stack section 2, a large load will be applied to the lowest workpiece 1a, making it even more difficult to separate the workpieces 1a. However, in the present invention, as already explained, the action of the separating claws 13 (and the separating arm 21 of the inner peripheral side separating member 20) is performed while the next workpiece 1b is held by the holding claws 12 of the workpiece separating member 10. Since the work is separated by
Since the load of the entire stack of workpieces is not applied to a, the workpieces can be separated smoothly with a light force, and there is no risk of deformation due to excessive load acting on it.

For example, both nails 1 unless separated for a period greater than the thickness of the nail.
.. 2.13 may be placed in an appropriate positional relationship, such as at the same height. Further, the lifter 3 may be provided with an inner separation member 20, or the inner separation member 20 may be provided on the lifter 3.
It is preferable that the workpiece 1 be separated by the separation claw 13 of the workpiece separation member 10 alone, since it is possible to separate the workpieces more smoothly and reliably by providing the workpiece separation member 10. Furthermore, the separation claw 13
It is not necessarily necessary to form it in a 7-shape, and an appropriate shape can be used depending on the shape of the outer circumferential surface of the workpiece.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the present invention provides a pair of left and right holding claws that can enter between a workpiece on the lowermost stage and a workpiece on the upper stage, and a separation claw that can be displaced together with the holding claw. Using a workpiece separation member, the holding claw and separation claw of this workpiece separation member are brought into contact with the workpiece and pushed in the direction of the plate surface, thereby deforming the workpiece and separating the lowermost stage to be separated by the holding claw. By holding the bottom surface of the workpiece in the next stage and moving the separation claw downward to forcibly lower the workpiece in the lowest stage, the movable stroke of the mechanism for separating the workpieces is reduced. It became possible to miniaturize the overall configuration of the separating device, and it became possible to separate works while holding the workpieces other than the lowest workpieces by the holding claws. Therefore, separation can be carried out smoothly and reliably without any excessive force being applied to the work during separation, and there is no risk of problems such as deformation of the work during separation.
