"Prior art" Previously, Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-42643 or Utility Model Publication No. 51-
As shown in Japanese Patent No. 146229, there is a technique in which a large-capacity hopper for supplying soil is disposed above a seeding machine, and soil is supplied from the large-capacity hopper to a hopper such as a soil-filling machine for seeding work.

``Problems to be solved by the invention'' However, since the above-mentioned conventional technology installs a large-capacity hopper in the same work place as the seeding soil container, it is easy to expand the capacity of the large-capacity hopper and support it at a high position. It is not possible to prepare a large amount of soil with uniform properties, it is not possible to improve the soil supply efficiency and the quality of bed soil is not easily achieved, and the dust of the soil put into the large-capacity hopper may cause the soil to be sown. It is easy to scatter on the floor where the container is installed, and water is also scattered by irrigation during seeding work, so the dust and water turn into muddy water.
There were problems such as the floor surface around the seeding soil container becoming slippery, which hindered the movement of workers.

Additionally, the installation of a large-capacity hopper raises the ceiling of the sowing work area, creating a problem in which wasted space is created in the upper part of the sowing work room.

"Means for Solving the Problems" However, the present invention provides a sowing work building with a first-floor sowing work room where a seeding machine is installed and a second-floor box supply work room where a seedling box feeder is installed. The upper part of the large-capacity hopper that accommodates soil is supported in the box supply work room on the second floor, and the lower part of the large-capacity hopper is made to protrude into the seeding work room on the first floor, so that the large-capacity hopper is transferred to the seeding work room on the first floor. and a sowing conveyor installed in the first-floor sowing work room so that the soil is supplied to the second-floor box supply work room by a soil conveyor via the large-capacity hopper. The present invention is characterized in that a seedling box conveyor for horizontally transporting empty seedling boxes stacked in lots is installed in the box supply work room on the second floor.

``Action'' Therefore, the 1st floor sowing work room and the 2nd floor of the sowing work building.
Since the large-capacity hopper is provided across the box supply work room on the second floor, the volume of the large-capacity hopper can be easily expanded with a simple support structure by using the floor surface on the side of the box supply work room on the second floor. It is possible to prepare a large amount of soil with different properties at one time, and compared to conventional methods, it is possible to improve soil supply efficiency and make it easier to equalize the quality of bed soil, etc. Since the soil is poured into a large-capacity hopper, the soil dust is only scattered on the floor of the work room on the second floor, and the soil is not scattered on the seeding soil container and the surrounding floor of the work room on the first floor. This allows workers to move safely on the floor of the first-floor seeding work room, which is easily wetted by water, and allows the large-capacity hopper to be easily installed even if the ceiling of the first-floor seeding work room of the sowing work building is made lower than before. can be installed,
The surplus space in the box supply work room on the second floor, which supports the upper part of the large-capacity hopper, can be effectively used for warehouse space, etc., and the upper part of the large-capacity hopper can be more easily maintained and cleaned than before, and the layout is functional. It is possible to set

The present invention is constructed as described above, and the fifth and sixth
The conveyors 24 and 31 carry the bed soil and covering soil into the bed soil tank 26 and the soil covering tank 32 and store them therein. It supplies covering soil and also drives the seeding device 27 and the seedling box feeder 38, and the seedling box 37 is moved to the second floor 3 by driving the seedling box feeder 38.
6 through the supply chute 40 to the first floor 35
The seedling raising box 37 is transferred to the feeding conveyor 44 of the seeding device 27 above, and the seedling raising box 37 transferred onto the feeding conveyor 44 is supplied with a certain amount of bed soil to the top surface of the box 37 by the soil filling machine 28, and then transferred to the seeding machine. The seedlings are sown in step 29, and then covered with soil in a soil covering machine 30 to complete the sowing operation. This involves sowing. After the seedling work has been performed in this manner, the seedling raising box 37 is mounted on a seedling raising cart and is sequentially moved to the budding chamber 4 and the first and second greening rooms 5 and 6 to perform the seedling raising work.

"Effects of the Invention" As is clear from the above embodiments, the present invention has a first-floor sowing work room 35 in which a sowing machine 29 is installed and a second-floor box supply work room 36 in which a seedling-raising box feeder 38 is installed. In the work building, the upper parts of the large-capacity hoppers 26 and 32 that accommodate soil are supported in the box supply work room 36 on the second floor, and the lower parts of the large-capacity hoppers 26 and 32 are supported in the seeding work room 35 on the first floor. The large-capacity hoppers 26, 32 are arranged so as to protrude between the first-floor seeding work room 35 and the second-floor box supply work room 36, while the soil transport conveyors 24, 3
1, the soil supplied to the second floor box supply work room 36 is passed through the large capacity hoppers 26, 32 to the second floor box supply work room 36.
Empty seedling boxes 37 are configured to be able to be supplied to the sowing soil containers 28 and 30 of the sowing conveyor 27 installed in the floor sowing work room 35, and are stacked in lots.
A seedling box transport conveyor 39 for horizontally transporting seedlings is installed in the box supply work room 36 on the second floor, and the large capacity hopper 26, 32 capacity can be easily expanded, a large amount of soil with uniform properties can be prepared at once, and compared to conventional methods, it is possible to improve soil supply efficiency and make it easier to equalize the quality of bed soil etc. At the same time, since the soil is put into the large-capacity hoppers 26 and 32 on the side of the box supply work room 36 on the second floor, soil dust is only scattered on the floor of the box supply work room 36 on the second floor, and the sowing soil containers 28 and 30 and 1 around here
Soil will not be scattered on the floor of the first-floor sowing work room 35, and the worker performing the sowing work can safely move on the floor of the first-floor sowing work room 35, which can easily get wet with water.
Moreover, even if the ceiling of the first-floor seeding work room 35 is made lower than before, the large-capacity hoppers 26, 32 can be simply installed, and the second-floor box supply work room 36 is left over to support the upper part of the large-capacity hoppers 26, 32. The space can be effectively used as a warehouse space, etc., and a large number of seedling boxes 37 in lots can be stored and supplied in a row on the seedling box transport conveyor 39, and the upper side of the hoppers 26, 32 have a larger capacity than before. It has advantages such as easy maintenance and cleaning, and functional arrangement.
