[Background Art] Generally, as shown in Fig. 4, a large beam 2 is erected between columns 1, and a small beam 3 is erected perpendicularly to one of the large beams 2 to form the frame of a building. The outer wall is assembled by arranging the outer wall panels 4. A large number of concrete floor panels 6 are lined up over the entire floor of the second and third floors, and the concrete floor panels 6 are fixed to the main beams 2 and small beams 3.
By the way, conventionally, in order to prevent the concrete floor panel 6 from rising in a part where there is no large beam 2 or small beam 3 below, such as the part X shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, the notch 7 at the upper end of the adjacent concrete floor panel 6 was filled with mortar 8'. However, when construction is performed by filling mortar 8',
There are disadvantages in that a large amount of mortar 8' is required and the construction period is long, and fixing with mortar 8' also poses problems in terms of strength.

[Disclosure of the invention] The connecting structure of the concrete floor panels of the present invention is such that the end surfaces of a pair of adjacent concrete floor panels 6 are opposed to each other, and the ends of the concrete floor panels 6 have an oval-shaped cut in the longitudinal direction at the upper end thereof. A notch 7 is provided, and the connecting plate 8 is inserted between the end faces of adjacent concrete floor panels 6, and a substantially U-shaped locking portion 9 provided at the top of the connecting plate 8 is inserted into the notch 7 of the adjacent concrete floor panel 6. The locking plate 10, which locks onto the lower surface of the concrete floor panel 6, is removably engaged with the lower part of the connecting plate 8, and the above-described structure eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional example. This is the solution. In other words, by configuring as described above, the locking portion 9 on the upper part of the connecting plate 8 and the connecting plate 8
It can be connected by being clamped by a locking plate 10 that is engaged with the lower part of the structure, and the connection can be made without requiring mortar as in the past, and since no mortar is required, the construction period can be shortened. Furthermore, it has become possible to connect more firmly than mortar.

以下本考案を実施例により詳述する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples.

The concrete floor panel 6 is a concrete panel such as ALC, and has a cutout 7 having an abbreviated cross-section over the entire length on the upper surface side of the end portion. The concrete floor panels 6 are laid out in a conventional manner. As shown in FIG. 3, the connecting plate 8 is a vertically elongated rectangular plate, and approximately U-shaped locking parts 9 are attached to both sides of the upper part with screws or the like. An engagement groove 11 is bored in the lower part in the horizontal direction. The locking plate 10 is a rectangular plate and has an engaged groove 12 . A pair of adjacent concrete floor panels 6
A connecting plate 8 is inserted between the end faces of the concrete floor panel 6, and the locking portions 9 are respectively locked in the notches 7, and the engaging groove 11 and the engaged groove 12 are inserted into each other on the lower surface side of the concrete floor panel 6 to connect them. A locking plate 10 is engaged with the lower part of the plate 8, and the locking plate 10 is also locked with the lower surface of the concrete floor panel 6, so that a pair of adjacent concrete floor panels 6 are engaged with each other as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. are concatenated. At this time, the portion of the concrete floor panel 6 located above the beam is fixed to the beam with bolts 13 as required.

[Effect of the invention] As described above, the invention inserts a connecting plate between the end faces of adjacent concrete floor panels, and locks the locking part provided at the top of the connecting plate into the notch of the adjacent concrete floor panel. , the locking plate that locks to the bottom surface of the concrete floor panel is removably engaged with the lower part of the connecting plate, so the locking plate that is engaged with the upper locking part of the connecting plate and the lower part of the connecting plate. It can be connected by holding it in place, and it can be connected without the need for mortar as in the past, and since it does not require mortar, the construction period can be shortened.Furthermore, it is stronger than mortar and can be used to connect concrete floor panels. In addition, the notch provided in the longitudinal direction at the top of the end of the concrete floor panel is shaped like a cross-section, and the locking parts provided on both sides of the top of the connecting plate are U-shaped. is passed between the end faces of adjacent concrete floor panels, the locking part is locked in the notch, and when the locking plate that locks on the bottom surface of the concrete floor panel is engaged with the lower part of the connecting plate, the locking part is elastic. It can be deformed and tightly adhered to the inner surface of the notch, and can be elastically pressed from above the concrete floor panel and elastically pushed to prevent the concrete floor panel from moving in the horizontal direction. This allows concrete floor panels to be firmly attached.
