Abstract

PURPOSE:To assemble in a complete solid by a method wherein a distance from a lower edge of an adhesion part at which the vicinity part including two bending lines except two folded bending lines of side wall parts of an outer body to an inner lowermost part of a flat bottom of an inner bag is set at or above a prescribed value of a width of each body of the outer body. CONSTITUTION:Bottom lid parts 112 and 132 of both right and left body parts 11 and 13 of an outer body 1 are folded inward along a lateral bending line 31 and a folding bending line 32, and bottom lid parts 102 and 122 of a front body 10 and a back body 12 are bent inward along the lateral bending line 31 and further the bottom lid part 102 of the front body 10 and the bottom lid part 122 of the back body 12 are adhered appropriately to form a bottom. A distance from a lower edge of a third adhesion part 53 of the outer body 1 to an inner lowermost part of an adhesion part of a flat bottom 20 is set at of a width (A) of the respective body parts 10, 11, 12 and 13. Thus a flat thing adhered inside of the outer body 1 with the inner bag 2 can be assembled in a solid.

[Prior Art] Roof-shaped containers such as so-called milk containers (hereinafter simply referred to as milk containers, etc.) are assembled into a box shape using cardboard laminated with polyethylene or the like on the inside or both sides. , which is filled with milk or other contents and the opening is sealed.

However, since these milk containers use cardboard, if the cut end of the cardboard comes into direct contact with the contents, the contents may seep through, or if there are steps in the cardboard, the contents may leak out. or For this reason, the above-mentioned milk containers and the like do not drip when used for long-term storage.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, for the above-mentioned double-structured container, it is not possible to use the conventional assembly machine for milk containers, etc., and it is necessary to manufacture a new dedicated assembly machine. There are problems such as.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In converting a conventional assembling machine for milk containers, etc., the present inventor first uses an outer body that is almost the same as a milk container, etc., and an interior of a flat-bottomed bag. We focused on this point. In other words, a milk container with an interior glued to the inside of an outer body that is almost the same as a milk container is almost the same as a milk container that uses cardboard laminated with polyethylene on the inside or both the outside and outside, so it is not a conventional milk container. It is possible to reuse the assembly machine as it is.

However, the bottom of the outer body is formed by folding the bottom cover at a nearly right angle to the side walls, and the interior of the -square flat bottom is made by assembling flat objects into a regular square tube shape, and then folding the flat bottom part into a rectangular tube shape. It is developed into a substantially square shape to form a portion along the side wall portion of the outer body (referred to as the vertical portion) and a portion along the bottom lid portion of the outer body (referred to as the horizontal portion). .

In this way, because the formation forms of the bottom of the outer fuselage and the bottom of the interior are different, if a flat object simply glued to the inside of the outer fuselage and an interior is assembled into a three-dimensional shape, the outer fuselage will be different. There may be a shift in the positional relationship between the bottom and the bottom of the interior, making it impossible to assemble it into a perfect three-dimensional shape.

Therefore, as a result of many years of research and development, the inventor of the present invention has bonded the inner part to the adjacent portion of the side wall of the outer fuselage, which includes two bending lines other than the two folded bending lines. In the adhesive part, the formation form is different by making the distance from the lower edge of the adhesive part to the lowest point inside the flat bottom of the interior to be equal to or more than half the width of each body part of the outer body. Even in the case of the bottom of the outer fuselage and the bottom of the interior, there is no misalignment in the positional relationship between the bottom of the outer fuselage and the bottom of the interior. He invented something that could be assembled.

[Function] According to the present invention, the flat-bottomed interior is bonded to the inside of the outer body, and can be completely assembled into a three-dimensional shape. Therefore, a conventional assembling machine for milk containers, etc. can be used as is.

The four vertical bending lines 30 (30A) at 23 are connected to the extension lines 30B (indicated by dotted lines) of the four vertical bending lines 30 at the four side wall parts 101, 111, 121, 131. , canopy parts 110 and 130 of the left and right side body parts 11 and 13
The width of the upper edge and the lower edge of the bottom cover parts 112, 123 is the width of the front body part 10. Since the canopy parts 100, 110, 12 of the back body part 12 are bent so as to be slightly smaller than the widths of the upper and lower edges of the bottom lid parts 102, 122, the canopy parts 100, 110, 12

To open the opening, cut the part of the seal 22 at the mouth of the interior 2 that will become the pouring spout (the shaded area in Figure 3), and then pinch the seal 22 folded into the W shape of the interior 2. Simply pull outward or remove the canopy part 13 of the left side body part 13.
The seal portion 22 of the interior 2 can be opened easily by pinching the opening knob 134 of 0 and pulling outward, and there is no risk of poor adhesion due to overlapping of the tips of the seal portion 22 folded into the W shape of the interior 2. There is no.

[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the foregoing, the container of the present invention includes a portion of the side wall of the outer body that includes two bending lines other than the two folded bending lines, and a portion near the side wall of the outer body, and The distance from the lower edge of the adhesive part to the innermost lowest point of the flat bottom of the interior is at least half the width of each body part of the outer body. Therefore, even if the bottom of the outer fuselage and the bottom of the interior are formed differently, there will be no misalignment in the positional relationship between the bottom of the outer fuselage and the bottom of the interior, and the interior can be glued to the inside of the outer fuselage. It is possible to assemble flat objects into three-dimensional shapes. As a result, conventional assembling machines for milk containers, etc. can be used as they are.
