部を有する袋状のヘツドレストカバーと、このヘ
ツドレストカバー内に接着され且つヘツドレスト
支持部前面に設けたフツクが挿入係止する係止孔
を有する発泡体製パツトとからなり、該パツトを
前記ヘツドレスト支持部のフツクに掛止すること
により、ヘツドレストをシートバツクのヘツドレ
スト支持部に取付けてなるヘツドレストの取付構
