構成したことを特徴とする深絞り用プレス型を要

れたとき、凹所18に対向する素材14の部分が
雌型12の上面より下方にわん曲して予備曲げを
行なつたと同様の効果を生ずる。そこで雄型10
が凹所18内に下降することによつて、割れを生
ずることなく、良品質の深絞り製品を得ることが
できるのである。即ち本考案によれば、予備曲げ
工程を省き一工程で深絞りを行なうことができる
ので、生産コストを低減し得る利点がある。
