Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide good durability and heighten softness of shoes sole by laminating a soft foam body with continuous air foam properties on the bottom surface of coil-like hollow woven cloth constituted of synthetic resin mono-filament string. CONSTITUTION:A cushion body 1 is formed by laminating a soft foam body 13 with continuous air foam properties on the bottom surface of coil-like hollow woven cloth 11 constituted of synthetic resin mono-filament string 111. The cushion 1 is used as an insole of shoes either to be exposed within the shoes or to be buried in the step portion or heel portion of the sole or mid-sole, passing through the shoes. Consequently, ground-contacting pressure applied in walking and running compresses air present either in the hollow portion 104 of coil-like hollow woven cloth 11 or in the air foam of the soft foam body 13, thereby generating a compulsory ventilation both in the longitudinal, latitudinal as well as up and down directions within the shoes through the hollow portion 104 of coil-like hollow body 11 and woven seam 105. Release of ground-contacting pressure allows air in the shoes to be absorbed into the continuous air foam 131 of the soft foam body 13 through the hollow portion 104 of the coil-like hollow woven cloth 11 and woven seam 105 to restore the cushion body 1 to the original form in a short time.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, as shown in Utility Model Publication No. 45-19647, a synthetic resin sheet provided with ventilation holes and an open-cell flexible foam such as polyurethane foam were layered. Breathable shoe cushioning materials such as insoles have been proposed. However, in this type of cushioning material, ventilation is performed inside the shoe through the ventilation holes provided in the synthetic resin sheet due to the cushioning effect of the open-cell foam.
Since the foam is open-celled, it has good flexibility, but the compression set is large, and repeated compression causes the open cells to close, resulting in loss of cushioning properties and breathability, leading to durability problems. .

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) This invention eliminates these drawbacks and provides a highly durable and breathable shoe cushion that can exhibit cushioning and ventilation effects over a long period of time without impairing its flexibility. The aim is to provide materials.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings, in which an open-cell soft foam 13 is placed on the lower surface of a coiled hollow woven fabric 11 made of synthetic resin monofilament threads 111. The gist of the invention is a breathable cushioning material for shoes characterized by being multilayered.

As the coiled hollow woven fabric 11 used in this invention, for example, Fiber Coil 3D (trade name) manufactured by Asahi Kasei Corporation is used. This fiber coil 3D is formed into a bag shape with a warp and width triple weave structure, and only the weft thread 101a constituting the core fabric 101 is composed of a heat-shrinkable thread such as a high-pressure polyethylene monofilament thread.
The weft yarns 101a are heat-shrinked by heat treatment after weaving to form woven fabric layers 102 located above and below the core fabric 101.
Weft yarns 102a, 103a made of polyvinylidene chloride monofilament yarns of 103 are formed into a three-dimensional coil shape, and between the woven fabric layers 102, 103 and the core fabric 101, the weft yarns 101a, 102a, 103a and the warp yarns 101b, 1.
This is a woven fabric in which hollow portions 104, 104 are formed continuously in the warp direction by 02b and 103b. The woven fabric in which one synthetic resin monofilament thread is coiled and three-dimensionalized in this way is lightweight and has high resilience, and has good air permeability in the vertical direction through the hollow portion 104 and in the horizontal and vertical directions through the weave, but is flexible. The open-cell foam 13 used in the present invention, which has problems in elasticity and compressibility, includes soft urethane foam, latex foam,
It is composed of ordinary open-cell soft rubber foam, etc., and has good flexibility and compressibility, but has a large compression set, and has the disadvantage of shrinking due to repeated compression and losing rebound resilience.

In this invention, if the coiled hollow woven fabric 11' is further layered on the lower surface of the open-cell foam 13, the compression set of the entire cushion body 1 can be reduced and the durability and breathability can be further enhanced. is possible.

(Operations and Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the coiled hollow woven fabric 11 can be used as an insole of a shoe to expose it inside the shoe or to attach it to the sole, the treading part of the midsole, or the heel part. If the coiled hollow woven fabric 11 is buried and communicated within the shoe, it will be compressed by the landing pressure during walking and running, and will be interposed in the hollow part 104 of the coiled hollow woven fabric 11 and the open cells of the soft foam. The compressed air passes through the hollow portion 104 and the weave 105 of the coiled hollow woven fabric 11 to cause forced ventilation in the shoe in the vertical, horizontal, and vertical directions. Therefore, the breathability inside the shoe is good.

When the landing pressure is released, the high resilience of the coiled hollow woven fabric 11 causes the air inside the shoe to flow into the coiled hollow woven fabric 1.
Air is drawn into the open cells 131 of the soft foam 13 through the hollow portion 104 and the texture 105 of the cushion body 1, and the cushion body 1 is quickly restored to its original state, so that the compression set of the soft foam 13 is improved. Therefore, compression recovery is good and the cushioning effect of the foam 1 is performed smoothly. Moreover, the coiled hollow woven fabric 11 is a synthetic resin monofilament yarn 11.
1, the compression set is small, and the cushion body 1 is provided with good cushioning over a long period of time, so it has good durability.
