ようなりッション材は、機能的に連続気泡性の発泡体の
クッション作用によって、合成樹脂シートに設けられた
通気孔を介して靴内に換気が行なわれるものであるが、
発泡体が連続気泡性のため柔軟性は良好であるが、圧縮
永久歪が大きく、くり返し圧縮によって収縮してしまい
連続気泡が閉鎖され、クッション性と通気性が喪失され

成されたよこ糸102a、103aを、コイル状に立体
化し、織布層102,103と芯布101間に、よこ糸

ように1合成樹脂モノフィラメント糸がコイル状に立体
化した織布は軽量で高反発弾性があり、中空部104を
通してたて方向、織目を通してよこ上下方向に通気性が
良好である反面、柔軟性と圧縮性に難点がある、
この発明において使用される連続気泡性の発泡体13と
しては、軟質ウレタンフオーム、ラテックスフオーム、
通常の連続気泡性の軟質ゴム発泡体等で構成され、柔軟
性と圧縮性が良好である反面圧縮永久歪が大きく、くり
返し圧縮によって収縮してしまい反発弾性が喪失してし
