Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 熱型赤外線センサなどの放射温度センサ素子を
    用いた放射温度計において、検温用ダイオードな
    どの検温素子Ｄ１と端子電圧と基準電圧とを比較
    するコンパレータを含む恒温槽温度検出部１と恒
    温槽温度制御部２と、トランジスタＴｒを熱源と
    する恒温槽３内に収納した放射温度センサＩＲＳ
    と、この放射温度センサＩＲＳの出力電圧を増幅
    するセンサ出力増幅部５とで放射温度計回路を構
    成し、前記恒温槽３として伝熱板８の周囲を断熱
    材９で包囲したものを用い、かつ前記検温素子Ｄ
    １と放射温度センサＩＲＳとを熱結合して前記ト
    ランジスタＴｒと放射温度センサＩＲＳとをそれ
    ぞれ前記伝熱板８に導熱配置し、これら各外部を
    断熱材９で断熱することで前記放射温度センサＩ
    ＲＳを常温以上の一定温度に保持してなる放射温
    度計。
