Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform perfect ageing by a method wherein a stock slurry is injected in a retaining mold in such a state that reinforcing rods are vertically suspended within said mold to be harden to form a raw cake which is, in turn, held in a horizontal state to be horizontally cut and, thereafter, the cut raw cakes are again returned to a vertical state to be cured. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of reinforcing rods are vertically suspended by a setting frame having holes provided to the predetermined places thereof and setting rods to be introduced into a retaining mold and a stock slurry compounded in a predetermined ratio is injected in the retaining mold to be cured up to a semi-plastic state and, after the setting frame and the setting rods are removed, the retaining mold is tilted by 90 deg. so that the surfaces of the reinforcing rods become horizontal to be detached. The retaining mold is provided with a plurality of steel wires under tension so that the angle of the plane connecting steel wires crossing a horizontal plane becomes smaller than 90 deg. to be reciprocally moved in a horizontal direction and, in this state, the formed raw cake is pushed in the mold to be horizontally cut and the retaining mold is again mounted to be returned so that the surfaces of the reinforcing rods become vertical to the horizontal plane to be introduced into an autoclave and the cut raw cakes are cured by steam to cleanly and perfectly age the surfaces of the cut cakes.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Application Field) The present invention is particularly applicable to wide lightweight aerated concrete (hereinafter referred to as A18 version) with a width of 600 mm or more without curing in the uncured portion. The present invention relates to a method for producing lightweight cellular concrete that can easily produce a completely cured product.

(Prior art) Conventionally, A with a width of 600 mm or more has generally been used.
The manufacturing method for the 18th edition is as follows: ■ One or more reinforcing bars are suspended and installed at predetermined intervals between the set frames in a flat frame placed on the plane -L. Then, a raw material slurry consisting of silicic acid, calcareous raw material, foaming agent, and water is injected and foamed in a horizontal state until it hardens to a semi-plastic state (hereinafter referred to as "raw cake"). The mold is removed in its original state, and the horizontally stretched rope is reciprocated in the horizontal direction to horizontally cut it to a predetermined thickness.
Alternatively, rotate the raw cake 90 degrees and cut vertically.

Therefore, if reinforcing bars are installed at predetermined intervals so as to obtain multiple molded bodies with one formwork, a large number of set rods will be required, the hanging will be complicated, and non-electrification will take time.
Furthermore, in multi-stages of 4 or more stages, there is a problem that the bubbles are often disturbed by reinforcing bars in the direction of foaming, making it difficult to scrape the bottom surface of the product. Also, during curing, the cut surface of the raw cake is affected by its own weight. There are problems such as the gap between the pieces disappears, steam does not pass through to the inside of the molded body during curing, and parts are not cured, making it impossible to obtain a perfect ALC plate. Since it is necessary to reciprocate the steel wire frame in two downward directions, the equipment becomes large and expensive, and there is also the problem that the bottom plates must be moved up and down one by one during work.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present inventors have conducted repeated research in order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the above-mentioned objectives. After hardening to a raw cake,
The present invention has been completed by discovering that the object can be achieved by horizontally cutting a raw cake in a horizontal state, and then returning the cut raw cake to a vertical state and curing it. That is, a plurality of reinforcing bars embedded in lightweight aerated concrete are suspended vertically at predetermined intervals in parallel to the middle direction in a formwork, and a mixture of siliceous and calcareous raw materials, a foaming agent, and water is placed. After injecting and foaming the raw material slurry, or after injecting the raw material slurry into the mold and installing reinforcing bars and foaming, the raw material slurry is hardened until it reaches a semi-plastic state (raw cake). hand,
After tilting 90 degrees from the vertical position to the horizontal position, remove the form and cut horizontally at specified intervals in the thickness direction, then attach the form again and return from the horizontal to vertical position to make the raw cake in the vertical position. This is a method for producing lightweight aerated concrete using steam curing.

When cutting raw cake, when stretching steel wire, such as piano wire, to a frame, conventionally, regardless of whether it is horizontal cutting or vertical cutting,
The piano wires are stretched at predetermined intervals in a vertical or horizontal relationship so that the blood connecting each piano wire surface is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, but in the horizontal cutting of the present invention, each When stringing piano wires at predetermined intervals, they must be shifted vertically so that they intersect at an angle smaller than 90 degrees with the plane connecting each piano wire surface or the horizontal plane, so that they do not overlap downward. It is preferable to stretch them so that they are in related positions so that they are not cut at the same point in the longitudinal direction at the same time.

In other words, multiple reinforcing bars are suspended vertically using a set frame with holes drilled at predetermined locations, and placed into the formwork.
Inject a raw material slurry mixed at a predetermined ratio and cure until it reaches a semi-plastic state, then remove the set frame and tilt it 90 degrees so that the reinforcing bar surface is a horizontal plane and set the formwork. Remove the steel wires, and move the frame that has been stretched back and forth horizontally so that the angle where the surface connecting the steel wires intersects with the horizontal plane is less than 90 degrees, and push in the raw cake to make a horizontal cut. Then, by reattaching the formwork so that the reinforcing bar surface is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and placing it in an autoclave for steam curing, it is possible to produce a completely cured C plate with a clean plate surface. It is. In addition,
The method of the present invention is particularly effective for producing wide ALC plates having a width of 600 mm or more.

After 4 hours had passed, the raw material slurry had become a semi-plastic state (raw cake), so the set frame and the cellar 1 to rods were removed from the raw cake using a bottle extractor and mold removal machine, and then transferred to a tilting carrier. After fixing it to the horizontal plane and tilting it 90 degrees from the vertical position to the horizontal position and removing the formwork using a pin removing/former removal machine, the angle made by the surface connecting each piano wire to the horizontal plane will be 45 degrees. Five piano wires weigh 150 kg/rrrm each.
A cutting machine having a frame stretched in a stepwise manner under tension of 2.0 mm was used, and the frame was reciprocated in the horizontal direction, and the raw cake was placed on a tilting carrier and was run to cut the cake at intervals of 125 mm in plate thickness. The cutting conditions are shown in Table 1.

Comparative Example Except that the formwork was horizontal, a formwork with the same dimensions as the example was used, and three reinforcing bars similar to the example were placed at a spacing of 12.
It was suspended by a set frame and a Cef+- rod so that it had a thickness of 5 mm, and a raw material slurry with the same composition as in the example was injected, and it was allowed to harden until it became a raw cake. Then, the mold etc. were removed and the piano wire 5 Place the books at intervals of 125 cylinders each so that the plane connecting each piano wire surface makes a 90 degree angle with the horizontal plane, so that each book has a vertical relationship.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention uses a vertical formwork, installs reinforcing bars vertically, injects the raw cake, makes a raw cake, cuts it horizontally, and returns it to the vertical state again. Since the material is steam-cured using a single mold, several molded products can be obtained with a uniform cut surface and a uniform thickness with no irregularities, and the steam-curing is also completely performed. A complete ALC plate can be obtained by this method, and the required floor space can also be reduced to 1× compared to the flat formwork method,
It is recognized that it has an extremely good effect.
